The studio was very comfortable, only a short walk from Maverick station.

Although there supposedly is 24 hour concierge, there was nobody at reception when I arrived. And the keys to my apartment was not at reception. This was solved after a few phone calls.

Very well equipped apartment and very spacious, great value for money given its locality. Metro stop is a 5 min walk and a few stops from downtown Boston. The apartment itself had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Kitchen had all the things you need if you wanted to cook rather than treating yourselves to a meal at some of the nearby restaurants. It had aircon which is ideal for those hot summer nights. Highly recommend this place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of central Boston, and, given its size, more value for money. It also has on site pool and gym and leisure room that you could use for the duration of your stay - an added bonus.

Great facilities. Roof terrace was beautiful, included great seating areas, bbqs and firepit. Great games room including free pool table, table football, shuffleboard and retro games console. Great location, very close to metro(3-5 stops to central ateas) and ferry .

Keys were not at reception when we arrived after a long flight. Concierge went above and beyond and lent us a temporary key. The keys that were left in the apartment did not work and agency did not arrange for replacement during our 3 days stay . Very noisy aircon

Gorgeous Location; safe area; quiet condo; safe & easy access to public transportation; several great restaurants/bars within 2-3 blocks; lovely & huge rooftop deck. Parked car in garage & didn’t need it ‘til our trip was over.

Lovely , spacious condo, but I didn’t think it was well-cleaned. I cleaned the floors and kitchen counter tops myself. The bed mattress was not very comfortable and the sofa bed springs were broken, so there were a couple spots where you would fall thru if you turned the wrong way. They need drapes at all the windows!! The see-thru shades are not appropriate for a 1st floor unit!!! FYI: There were only 2 small frying pans & 2 small pots for cooking. No sheet pans or casserole dishes & exactly 4 dishes, 4 coffee cups, 4 bowls, 4 glasses, 4 forks, 4 spoons & 4 knives.

Serviced apartment with lots of great amenities on the apartment complex. It was originally a little confusing as I went to concierge to check in and they didn't know what I was talking about, though it was just to pick up the envelope with all your check in information, keys and parking pass. It was all fine after that and we had a great stay. Location was great, avoided the expensive hotels of Boston central and had great access to local food options!

We were travelling with a friend who slept on the sofa-bed which was a bit old and had a few connections loose ... definitely not the best we've seen!

Facilities and value for money.

Had too many emails from you regarding check in procedures - as booked through booking.com they were coming from all angles.

The apartment size is ideal; the heating system worked perfectly, so we never felt cold during the chilly evenings. The location is excellent because it is not directly downtown but is 2 minutes away from the subway. The fitness center was incredible, with many different machines, and the staff was always excellent!

Regardless of the reviews, I had a great experience so nothing bad to point out.

Room was not cheap, but this was a definite case of you get what you pay for. You feel like you are a resident rather than a temporary guest as it's a residential block. The person on the desk was very helpful, my key was ready on arrival, as was that of my friends who had a room in the next door block. I'd read a few reviews that said people had to wait a long time to check in, but we didn't. We arrived early at the train station and just waited there with food and drinks until check in opened. The room was fairly new, and clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was a compact apartment but had everything I needed including a washer and dryer, which I used. Big TV, sofa, cooker, cupboard space, and a nice bathroom. The location is great and was the main reason we chose it. The Tall Ship bar and food just outside, an American diner around one corner, and a good shop/store around another - in fact the shop was part of the next door block my friends were in. A five minute walk away from the block takes you into an area of restaurants, we only tried the Italian, but there are also Mexican and other styles. I liked the block having side exits, as I was at the back, and didn't have to walk all the way to the front desk to go out. That meant I was close to the shop and my friends block and the metro. I had a view out the back onto the little park, which was quiet. The block is close to the metro station, and there's a boat ferry service across to the city. Both are quick, the metro is cheaper, but the ferry is more scenic (the ferry only runs in commuter times)

Initially I chose this room based on being with two family members but they couldn't make it, and it ended up being only me. The room was fine for me, and would be fine for a couple, or a family with a small child or children with the sofa bed. But the room is fairly small in terms of closeness of the bed to the sofa, with no internal doors, so had my teenage daughter made the trip as originally intended, it could have been a squeeze, and no privacy. But, the ad/photos do show that the rooms are open, so no complaints from me, just something for customers to be aware of.

Great location in East Boston, facilities were good.

The building is a residential block with a some rooms rented as short stay. It would be helpful if the front desk had more tourist type information to assist short stay visitors.

Beautiful and comfortable, across the harbor from downtown Boston. Water taxi picked us up directly across the street and took us to the Aquarium where we were able to use the hop on hop off buses. Perfect location especially if you are from a small town and dreaded the drive into downtown Boston.
