We had a view of the airport runway and part of the harbour which we enjoyed. The room was always well cleaned and the staff including shuttle bus drivers were always very friendly. We were lucky enough that the blue line was free for a couple of months.

Limited dinner menu and a bit pricey but then so were the restaurants downtown. Didn’t like waiting for the shuttle at the subway. It always seemed to be the last one to come of all the hotel shuttles. Room walls are a bit thin you can hear conversations next door. Would consider a downtown hotel next time to avoid having to depend on a shuttle for pickup and drop off.

The staff at the dining area were excellent and they offered honest explanations of your options. The room was cozy and evidently, the harbor view is excellent during both the day and the night. The salmon over sticky rice was also excellent!

Limited options for breakfast and dinner. More options needed. The seafood pasta was also not among the best dishes for dinner. The flavors didn't work well and the tomato base was overwhelming. Front desk staff needed to be more knowledgeable about transportation between the hotel and the rest of the city. The free #66 bus via the airport, combined with the silver line 1 bus to get into town is not free to return to the hotel however.

I love staying here! I don’t think I can say that about any other airport hotel to the extent that we make it central to our visit. One of the beauties is you don’t have to deal with Boston traffic (if you know Boston traffic…). You simply walk out the dining room door and hop on a water taxi and in a few minutes you’re in the heart of historic Boston. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent - clam chowder in particular… and the grilled salmon….and the Boston Cream pie. In the morning, grab your bag and jump on the shuttle and in a minute you’re checking in for your flight.

I’d have to simply make something up to answer this question 😉.

Room was nice, spacious and clean. There was not much of a view from our room but it did not matter to us.

We spent 8 nights at this hotel even though it is more of a transit hotel For longer visitors iit would be good to have a small visible shop in the hotel to buy essentials and snacks. They did sell items behind the reception area but a small shop with more choice would have been better. There is nothing around the area so if you need to buy anything you need to either go to the airport or take the water taxi to the other side $15 dollars each way. The choice on the menu was pretty limited.

Spacious room on 7th floor with fabulous views across the harbour. V convenient to airport and car hire.

25$ nightly charge for the restaurant irrespective of whether you used it or not was a surprise we had never experienced before. Which meant we had an additional 125$ charged to our account. Given that we were out all day and generally ate at lunchtime we were being forced to buy something from the menu which was a bit limited when we got back in the evening which we did not really want.

Great view of Boston harbor. Spacious room. breakfast was good, but we expected more (comparing price to offer) Right at a ferry stop, only problem that schedule is odd. No service from downtown from 12-4PM. There are taxis. $20 pp one way.

Breakfast was odd. was either a a la carte up to $27.00 or buffet. With the buffet you can get a small subpart omelet. It was a "combo" they serve you coffee (not great for the price) There is nothing there except hotel and restaurant. If you don't go across... well. OVERPRICED. (The area is all overpriced) Just got back from Europe's most expensive cities (Milano, Zurich, Florence, Schaffhausen) We paid less there for better food and logging.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were tastefully renovated and roomy. Harbor views were amazing! Food in the restaurant was good at breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel, at the Boston airport, is very convenient with an efficient shuttle bus.

Food on New Year’s Eve was slow to arrive. There was a wedding in the hotel and the kitchen could not cope. Food arrived cold and overcooked (Fish was burnt and fries were cold). Couple next to us, the gentleman’s meal of steak and vegetables was entirely cold!

The Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor is in an excellent location! It is very convenient for late night arrival flights and early morning departure flights out of Boston’s Logan’s airport. Additionally, it is a great location for sightseeing when you do not have a rental car nor want a rental car due to the difficulty of finding expensive parking spots! You can walk out the back door of the hotel onto the harbor and take a water taxi to Long Wharf where you can sightsee, shop and eat your heart out! The water taxi is fun also! You really need to try Hyatt’s buffet breakfast!! It is a great!!! deal with all of the wonderful & high quality food with a variety of fresh fruits and fresh squeezed blackberry & cranberry juice straight from their kitchen! This is the best fresh squeezed juice I’ve ever had! Have you ever tried fresh black berries & cranberries together previously? You are in for a treat!!

There is nothing to complain about!! Ok, I did not get a massage while I sat outside and enjoyed the sunset, but the nighttime view was so beautiful while I walked up & down the sidewalk along the harbor outside the hotel that I forgot about a shoulder massage😊!

Clean, comfortable and stunning harbor view of the city

Having to pay the water taxi $15 per person per trip… got to be expensive. The hotel should have its own boat shuttle or 2 trips per person included for the price of the room.

I've stayed at the Hyatt many a time as it's a convenient place when arriving or leaving from abroad. The 24 shuttle service to the airport is handy and the view from the restaurant great. Elevators are quick and readily available and the staff is nice. Our bartender was super friendly and it was generally yet another good experience.

I wish the breakfast was open a tad earlier for the jetlagged crowd, but otherwise reliably a really nice experience.
