The rooms were lovely. The beds were comfortable convenient location to the airport, an airport shuttle, and there was a nice walking path along the water. There is a water taxi that takes you over to Boston.

I didn’t realize there was an automatic $25 charged which covers transportation to the airport. That seems excessive since it is an airport hotel. There was an extremely loud party going on in the ballroom outside the restaurant. It was hard to enjoy our dinner, which was not inexpensive. I asked if they could close the door to the mall and was told no has there too many people coming and going?

We had a view of the airport runway and part of the harbour which we enjoyed. The room was always well cleaned and the staff including shuttle bus drivers were always very friendly. We were lucky enough that the blue line was free for a couple of months.

Limited dinner menu and a bit pricey but then so were the restaurants downtown. Didn’t like waiting for the shuttle at the subway. It always seemed to be the last one to come of all the hotel shuttles. Room walls are a bit thin you can hear conversations next door. Would consider a downtown hotel next time to avoid having to depend on a shuttle for pickup and drop off.

Transparency with fees for transport, “free” chowder, “free” water, (unaware of additional daily cost until received text while at the hotel). This needs to be addressed prior to booking. Unbelievable amount of fees and taxes (destination fee, tourism assessment(???) that greatly increases the cost of stay. Not informed of this upfront. Google did not advise of need to transport across bay to reach city.

We’ve stayed here several times before an early morning flight the next day. It’s clean, quiet, convenient and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is actually quite good for a property at a major airport. The 24/7 shuttle to the airport runs every 20 minutes and takes between 5 and 7 minutes to get you to your terminal, and about 10 minutes to get to the rental car facility. It’s a Hyatt Regency, so what’s not to like? We’ve gotten to know some of the staff over the years we’ve been staying here and they remember us (shout out to Vinnie at the Harborside Grill!)

If you’re catching a red-eye or an overnight connection, the Boston Hyatt Regency is a savvy stopover choice. Ideally situated just a short ride from Logan International Airport with a free 23h airport shuttle, it takes the edge off travel fatigue with a calm, upscale environment and efficient check-in, even at odd hours. I stayed here when catching an early morning flight from Boston after a week of doing business in New Hampshire. If your stopover includes a few hours to kill, the hotel’s amenities (like the fitness center and restaurant). You’re require to pay a resort fee so might as well take advantage of the amenities covered.

The view from the room was exceptional, walking along the boardwalk and sitting outdoors at your restaurant was beautiful, taking the Boston harbor ferry was a great recommendation, free airport shuttle was so convenient. One of the highlights of my stay however was Chad the valet guy. That guy has an incredible, incredible work ethic. He went above and beyond to help out myself and our 18 month old baby and make sure we got on and off the bus okay and up to our room. He knew a lot about the property, had great recommendations, and overall a super nice guy. He is a keeper - incredible work ethic that guy!

The parking was VERY expensive. My friend came to visit for 2 hours and had to pay a lot of money.

The staff at the dining area were excellent and they offered honest explanations of your options. The room was cozy and evidently, the harbor view is excellent during both the day and the night. The salmon over sticky rice was also excellent!

Limited options for breakfast and dinner. More options needed. The seafood pasta was also not among the best dishes for dinner. The flavors didn't work well and the tomato base was overwhelming. Front desk staff needed to be more knowledgeable about transportation between the hotel and the rest of the city. The free #66 bus via the airport, combined with the silver line 1 bus to get into town is not free to return to the hotel however.

We had a high floor room with a great view over Boston. The hotel has a great shuttle service to the airport and the nearest T Station. It has a lovely waterside patio and excellent facilities. It was very comfortable with a good ambience.

We were disappointed that we could not use the ferry into town as the hotel is located next to Water Transportation Dock. We were not allowed to board because it was full - you cannot rely on the service. This is not the hotel's fault. We had no complaints about the hotel.

Located opposite Boston CBD. Perfect for airport stays. Nice staff working the outside patio area. Great selection of drinks. Large room including two lounge chairs. Nice towels and bed linen. Very quite incredible that you can see the runway but hear no noise.

An irritating "resort fee" charged of circa $25. This is compulsory regardless of if you use the complimentary services! Ie $10 food credit, clam chowder & airport shuttle. Charged taxes on top of fee. No mention of this prior to booking

The front desk was exceptionally helpful, the harbor view was perfect , the room was comfortable, well appointed and clean. The food and beverages at the restaurant were great. The restaurant staff were very friendly and provided quick service. Uber driver pick ups were roughly 5 minutes each pick-up, no hassles getting to destinations from the hotel.

Ideal location would have been closer to city center, drive in was little difficult because of GPS issues and not familiar with the area.
