Great bldg, pool was ok for the kiddos. 3 ft deep, temp good. Breakfast was phenomenal, rooms are amazing and comfortable. App makes it easy to check in and use a digital key. Short distance to the T around the park. Enjoyable. Surprised they have buses to airport from there if you don't need the shuttle. And Starbucks!

Needs just some small info on clarification on deposit per night, not the entire stay (most important info has per night stated if that). The shuttle is ok but directions to find them after hours or before is not great. The Front Staff is ok.

Everything was fine!

On the check in they asked me pay 100USD which was supposed to be returned to me next day, but only half was returned in 2 days. I had to call them several times regarding another half. They told me that it was for taxes which in fact I already paid when I booked it on the booking.com. Finally their reception told me that they would return this money. I see it on my account but it is not usable for some reason, I even contacted my bank. Hope I will be able to get my money back after a week .... frustrating!

Breakfast was exceptional, hotel ambience was welcoming and relaxing. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous, and airport shuttle service was very good - came in good time to the airport,

It would have been helpful to get instructions of the pickup point from the airport beforehand - it felt clumsy having to call the hotel first upon arrival at the airport to then get an idea of where to join the hotel shuttle, which was a bit of a distance away, and could be discouraging for travellers tired from travel or also dealing with their luggage. But once you are on the bus, you are good to go!

Our flight back was early so we left before breakfast Am so we didn't have any breakfast. I did ask reception when we checked in if there was any other option, and was told no.

It would've been nice if there was an option to get a continental breakfast, ie. a picnic bag to take with us to the airport. That the GPS keeps taking us to the address of 207 Porter St but once we were there, there is no entrance to the hotel. We had to call the hotel out of frustration, and only then did we find out that the best way to drive there is via Transportation Way (near the car hire companies).

Stayed a night for an early 6am flight to Chicago connecting to our flight home.   It has some snacks for customers in the lobby but by the time we checked in, it's closing time so we did not eat anything. Room is very spacious. Chose this hotel as it has a shuttle bus service to the airport and we need to be at airport by 3am. It runs 24/7 and need not be pre booked, just get on it when it comes. There's a tv at the entrance lobby which shows the flight time and also the whereabout of the shuttle bus and estimated arrival time. When we got down around 2.45am, the front desk kindly told us there's already a shuttle bus outside. Tipped the shuttle driver as he helped us with our luggages.

No bottles of water provided unless signed up to some membership which we passed.

The hotel is 10 mins walk from the subway and you go straight downtown - stop is called "Airport". The shuttle to and from hotel is free and runs every 20 minutes. You probably have to call them upon you arrival and they ll guide where to meet at the airport. The breakfast is complimentary and full and also there is a person making omelettes. Very clean, polite staff, always there to help, very safe and like 15mins walk from a neighborhood ( close to Maverick station) and the pier. To me it was ideal. Sparkling clean is also so important!

The location was good for a 4 night stay in the city for our family (3 adults). When we booked we were disappointed that we could only find this 'airport hotel' within our budget. However, on arrival it didn't feel like an airport hotel and was a good base from which to explore Boston and the surrounding area. The T is a short walk (7-8 mins) so it was quick to travel to downtown Boston. The suite was spacious and the included full buffet breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day. After a few days in Boston we had booked a rental car to explore further afield, and the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the car rental centre - perfect!

Although it is very close to airport, the hotel is very quite. The main bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. The room had a little fridge and a Microwave oven. The T-station is very close (~6min walk) through a beautiful small park. Our stay was during the Boston Marathon days and was just fine!

The breakfast could have more options, especially if you are staying for more than 4 nights is kind of boring. The sofa/bed which was available for the kids was not so comfortable.

It took six phone calls during 18 minutes to get through to the front desk to ask for a shuttle from the airport. This was after midnight after a long travel day. The gal at the front desk said she was there the whole time and this was confirmed by our driver. Some glitch in the phone system? I hope the gal at the front desk reported the problem so it does not happen again. (After calling and going through the phone menu and connecting to the front desk, after five rings, I got a message saying the choice was not valid. ). This happened six times before the call was answered. ☹️

It was a two-room suite. Big enough to spread out and enjoy the space. My husband watched football in the entry room and I read my book in the bedroom. We had a drink at the bar with Tia and dinner afterwards. It was just what we needed after a long trip and a flight delay. The breakfast the next morning included a great buffet of choices - eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, cereals, juices, and coffee - but what was most impressive was the omelet station. I was able to get an omelet of my choice. The front desk check-in staff were amazing (esp Kash and Rosa) who helped me get late checkout the morning after. End to end - perfect experience.
