The welcome and check-in was warm and friendly. Our room was exceptional clean and provided a lot of hooks and room to put our things (which doesn’t seem common in most hotels). The bed was comfy and we slept very well. The gym was small but clean and had everything for a proper workout. When our neighbor had the TV on full volume the staff immediately took care of it and accommodated everyone needs. It was a great stay, especially for an airport hotel.

The breakfast situation was a bit odd. Breakfast was supposed to be between 6.30 to 9.30 am. The first day we came down at 9-ish and the only things left where a few bagels, but no spread and a handful bags of instant oatmeal. No muffins, no spread, no milk, no breakfast sandwiches, not even tea bags. And we weren‘t the only ones wondering, but nothing got refilled. The second day we came down at 6:45 and they had just started to put everything out. This time we had more options, but it wasn‘t until 7-ish until they had everything out.

The staff were all polite and helpful. For me, this hotel is simply a necessity as I had an early morning flight and they offer a shuttle bus. The room was extremely clean and modern. The king bed was comfortable. There was a large screen TV. For the convenience, the stay was well worth it.

The food selection offered for sale in the lobby is typical of many US grocery stores...in other words poison. Nothing but super processed and packaged foods along with chips, cookies, candies etc. I had no choice to try a microwaved chicken sandwich and regretted it.

Everything about the property was excellent. The location it’s pretty close to the airport, and you can also find public transportation easily. The staff were very kind, respectful and always willing to help with everything we needed. I must point out that the most relevant thing that we liked about the hotel was the shuttle service FROM and TO the airport (which was included in their service) and also that, even before our Check In and after our Check Out, they still helped us by storing our luggage. This hotel really cares about providing good customer experience, Before, During and After you Stay there. My friends and I were very impressed and happy with the service!

Everything was excellent. I don’t have any complaints

We arrived at 9am from getting off a cruise. Our plan was to drop our luggage and tour around Boston. It was a downpour so we really had nowhere to go. As soon as we arrived the desk clerk offered us breakfast which was being served just till 9:30. I thought that was extraordinary. Usually you get breakfast after your first night stay. And breakfast was good. Next, she got us into our room around 10am! It was huge, spotlessly clean and had a larger than usual TV. We got hooked onto Netflix and had a very comfortable day.

There’s not much to do or see in the neighborhood. We had lunch at an ihop. Found a cute Mexican place for dinner though.

Staff was awesome and very helpful. Shuttle driver was always on time and his suggestions and recommendations were on point. The hotel is spotless and very modern. Very comfortable beds and a great shower/bath with generous supplies of soaps, shampoos and lotions. There’s a robust selection of coffee and teas served 24/7 along with a great selection of snacks at the snack shop. They even sell bottles of wine at a very economical price. Breakfast is served “a la carte” and has a huge selection of options even for health conscious and vegetarians. We Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good although the breakfast sandwich was a little "tough" around the edges. 24 hour coffee as was the fresh cookies!

On our second night someone unlocked our door and started to enter and was met by my wife. He apologized and said he had the wrong room then closed the door behind him. I called the front desk and told them what had happened. The clerk said that it must have been the maintenance person. He also apologized for the error. My suggestion would be to have all employees knock before entering a room. This may already may be your policy but maybe reinforce that this is to be done even if thinking they're entering an empty room. I don't want anyone to be in trouble for this incident as it turned out to be harmless.

Very convenient access to the airport and also right on the bus route into Salem, MA. Airport shuttle service is very useful. Staff were very helpful, great service

Walking to anything nearby is difficult due to the local road layouts being busy highways without crossings. There is also not much in the immediate vicinity, so if you don't have car access while there your options are limited for evening meals. Breakfast is also pretty underwhelming and consists mostly of pre-packaged muffins, ceral bars etc and rather limp ersatz sandwhiches. Still, it is edible

The property was nice. Warm. Clean. Comfortable. Plenty of coffee and tea. There was plenty of good food for breakfast and good variety. The staff were very helpful and gave good advice about the local area. Bus stops were extremely close by and Google Maps gave us great info on when to expect buses and what stops to get off at. The train is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.

It is right beside the Salem Turnpike. There is a high volume of traffic on the road 24/7. There are places to eat that are quite close by but there are no sidewalks so you have to dodge along the verge and then go for it to cross the Turnpike.

The hotel was clean and comfortable during our stay. Rooms were a bit small but didn't take away from our stay. Breakfast was decent as there were several cold options to choose from (fruits, cereal, bagels, muffins, boiled eggs, granola bars, etc.) and a limited menu for hot foods (egg sandwiches and instant oatmeal). Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from as we rode an Uber to get most places. Revere Beach is located nearly 2 miles away from hotel as we stumbled across during our departure from the Wonderland train station. Staff was helpful in suggesting tours and transportation accommodations as we used a combination of Uber rides, trains, and buses. We had the pleasure of also visiting Martha's Vineyard as it was a scenic 2-hour ride to the Island Queen Ferry in Falmouth, MA. All in all, we had a fantastic stay.

Not too many places within a short walking distance.

Breakfast was great, lots of it and variety and a nice area to sit and eat. Location was great bus out the front that took you to the T and to Revere beach (beautiful) just down the road and to Salem going the other direction if you needed to go and they were very reasonable to travel on. The T (blue line) that took us downtown was free to travel on for the month of July and August to encourage people to travel on it during the roadworks on the tunnel and save a lot of congestion.

A pool would have been nice, but as prices go for Boston it was very good for all we got.
