Excellent place to stay to easily get to the airport. I had a very very early flight. The shuttle made me feel much safer than calling an Uber or taxi! Quiet, excellent staff. My shuttle driver was amazing- so friendly at 3 am! Not cranky- very sweet man.

Would have liked to be able to walk form the T to the hotel- but that can not be helped. Wish check in was a bit earlier than 3 pm. Expensive for 1 Night- but understand it’s Boston!

I was only there for an overnight layover from Bahrain to San Diego and arrived later in the day. They were very nice and helpful, though. Airport pick-up and drop-off were smooth. It's not very close to the airport, though, but still not far either. They were easy to communicate with. I didn't have any trouble contacting them while I was at the airport. Really big bathroom.

The coffee maker was kind of dirty. I didn't want to use it at all.

This hotel is a little way out from the airport, but the free shuttle made it the perfect stopover after a late flight. The gym and pool are small but useable, and the lobby area is set up well for business travel with printing facilities etc. Room was lovely, very clean, well-supplied, and air-conditioned.

I arrived late via the shuttle (it was midnight when I arrived at the hotel) and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the desk to check the queue of us in. Not a huge problem, but after a long, delayed flight that 15 mins made a difference!

The pick up arrangements from Logan Airport. I had to phone 3 times before a shuttle arrived - a wait of almost an hour. Your website simply said to go the shuttles pick up area and just wait there but this was incorrect. However, to your credit, when I mentioned this to your staff, they compensated me by giving me a free breakfast so that was appreciated.

All the staff were very kind, polite and helpful. We especially enjoyed the 24-hour shuttle service between the hotel and airport train station, which we used every day of our one-week stay. Public transport from the hotel to the city is more difficult, so the shuttle was a big help. I do think they need more drivers during the rush hour. I also think the staff should learn about the bus lines in the area, in order to advise the guests. None of the staff were familiar with the buses in the area, so we had to do all that research on our own with Google.

The beds were a bit too soft for me.

Nothing that we did not like the staff was very nice and offered assistance with some needed things and allowed us to park our motorcycle out front. Awesome cleanness and comfortable beds and pillows and the room was very clean with a nice shower. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I liked the hotel lobby set up, friendly staff, comfy beds, fluffy towels,and the free snacks, cookies, coffee at the front desk were nice touches. The shower was nice and hot. The staff makes the difference. So keep up the good work. It's all about the feeling...and I felt happy to have spent my money there.

There were some big smudges on the drapery. Looks like someone popped open a coke can or coffee and it sprayed onto the drapes. There were some cosmetic issues under the toilet where the pipes look corroded. The maintenance staff should spend more time fixing those cosmetic issues but it was not a big deal.

Cleanliness of the room and lobby. A very nice lady at the cafeteria...ready to help and assist me in getting food for my family in the room upstairs. But indifference of staff at the lobby. Maybe because we're black or they were timid. I have the most adorable 2 and 6yr old girls. Other hotels we have been to, we were admired and welcomed and showed our way to our rooms. But your staff just handed us our keys with little or no instructions.

The place was clean from A to Z.

That the people were so kind during day my granddaughter was sick and they lady who takes names in the breakfast room went and found ginger ale for her for me she was very nice and kind and was one of the sweetest people there she surely deserves to have employee of the year I believe her name was Cecilia.

I didn't like that we were told that we were getting an extra bed for my granddaughter and then they told us it wouldn't fit and then we were told it was a fire hazard the next night but the cleaning lady that was so sweet gave us some extra blankets to lay out on the floor for her which was very kind of her and I made sure that I tipped her well if I would have known that she couldn't have had a bed I honestly wouldn't have stayed I didn't drive for 9 hours for her to sleep on the floor they didn't even apologize at the front desk for the mistake that was told to me but I would definitely tell anybody who wants to go to Boston to stay there as long as they don't have to have an extra bed

This was a one-night stop for us on our way to airport in Boston. Room was comfortable and reasonable in cost. Staff were helpful and polite. We made good use of the free airport shuttle, and found out later that the shuttle will actually take you to other locations around town. Shopping mall and restaurants were within walking distance.

We left too early to take advantage of the breakfast.
