The shuttle service was handy to help us get to the train station. You just let him know when you wanted to go and they would take you to the airport train transit.

Our room was next to the highway and sometimes it would get a little noisy, nothing that you couldn't hear over just a lot of rumbling trucks. There was one restaurant and some fast foods, but no attractions nearby that you could walk to. The description did say continental breakfast, then buffet for a charge. We were three people traveling, two were allowed to eat. The price of the breakfast was out of line with what was served. The bar was unusually high-priced for a drink. But, It was a good place and I would recommend it.

Excellent place to stay to easily get to the airport. I had a very very early flight. The shuttle made me feel much safer than calling an Uber or taxi! Quiet, excellent staff. My shuttle driver was amazing- so friendly at 3 am! Not cranky- very sweet man.

Would have liked to be able to walk form the T to the hotel- but that can not be helped. Wish check in was a bit earlier than 3 pm. Expensive for 1 Night- but understand it’s Boston!

I was only there for an overnight layover from Bahrain to San Diego and arrived later in the day. They were very nice and helpful, though. Airport pick-up and drop-off were smooth. It's not very close to the airport, though, but still not far either. They were easy to communicate with. I didn't have any trouble contacting them while I was at the airport. Really big bathroom.

The coffee maker was kind of dirty. I didn't want to use it at all.

This hotel is a little way out from the airport, but the free shuttle made it the perfect stopover after a late flight. The gym and pool are small but useable, and the lobby area is set up well for business travel with printing facilities etc. Room was lovely, very clean, well-supplied, and air-conditioned.

I arrived late via the shuttle (it was midnight when I arrived at the hotel) and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the desk to check the queue of us in. Not a huge problem, but after a long, delayed flight that 15 mins made a difference!

The pick up arrangements from Logan Airport. I had to phone 3 times before a shuttle arrived - a wait of almost an hour. Your website simply said to go the shuttles pick up area and just wait there but this was incorrect. However, to your credit, when I mentioned this to your staff, they compensated me by giving me a free breakfast so that was appreciated.

Room is not sound proof. Room door has space at the bottom so you can hear and see footsteps from the hall!!!

Nothing that we did not like the staff was very nice and offered assistance with some needed things and allowed us to park our motorcycle out front. Awesome cleanness and comfortable beds and pillows and the room was very clean with a nice shower. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Location was perfect for our needs and it was easy in and out for us. The continental breakfast was very good as well. We would stay here again for sure.

I liked the hotel lobby set up, friendly staff, comfy beds, fluffy towels,and the free snacks, cookies, coffee at the front desk were nice touches. The shower was nice and hot. The staff makes the difference. So keep up the good work. It's all about the feeling...and I felt happy to have spent my money there.

There were some big smudges on the drapery. Looks like someone popped open a coke can or coffee and it sprayed onto the drapes. There were some cosmetic issues under the toilet where the pipes look corroded. The maintenance staff should spend more time fixing those cosmetic issues but it was not a big deal.
