Breakfast was awesome. Thanks!! We had things to do in Gloucester and in Boston so the location was excellent. The staff were great. They were friendly and respectful and easy to work with. We had an issue with the tv and it was taken care of immediately. There was an issue with the toilet but we figured it out. So others are aware when you flush the toilet you have to make sure you pull the lever back up manually or the water will keep running. Room 511.

I liked the space of the room and the location. It was comfortable for my family of 3. Easily accessible to the attractions and plenty of food options in surrounding area.

Breakfast options and coffee were limited but edible. I didn’t like how close the pool chair lift was to the pool while not attended by staff as I felt it could topple over into the pool and be a liability.

The property is nice, Kept up, clean.

It’s not a lot of parking, especially in front of the unit that you’re renting. I had to park my car two buildings down, so it was really inconvenient for me to get things out of my car when I needed. also, I nearly locked myself out of the bathroom by shutting the bathroom door before going into the shower because the door locks on the outside when you shut it.

loved that the property is kind of tucked away, loved the little units, breakfasts were good, the room was cozy and loved having a kitchen! one of the staff members, Danny, was excellent, as well as all other staff we dealt with.

the only critisism my husband and I have is the bed was a little stiffer than we like, but that is more of a personal preference thing. everything else was great!

The bed’s are extremely comfortable. The sitting area was lovely as well! The breakfast was also very good. Most importantly, the staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Not easy to get into.

Very helpful staff when booking and affirm had caused a system issue with the payment of my reservation. Will never use either service again however the managers and staff were helpful in making sure everything was all set for our stay.

Upstairs bed in my suite was uncomfortable. I usually sleep very well at any Residence Inn but that particular bed wasn't comfortable. I should have switched bedrooms with my teen but we were already unpacked.

The hotel was cozy. Room was large enough with a work space, large comfy couch. The kitchen area & pool was a bonus. Wifi worked well. Close by all. The staff was very well trained. The breakfast was buffet style & something different every day.

The room was exceptionally clean. The linens were pure white no stains. The noise level of the central air system was only slightly loud not overwhelming. Breakfast included eggs and fruit, and sausage. The suite had a full oven, fridge and dishwasher.

No views. Only grass.

Friendly staff and a great location for the places we wanted to go.

Nothing the hotel can control but it was time consuming to get to if you were on the opposite side of the street. I didn't realize that the type room we rented would have stairs to climb. We traveled with my mom who did okay but I would have liked to know ahead of time.
