The hotel was great and in a great location. My kids loved the pool. The gym was a little underwhelming but it served its purpose for me and I was happy to use it. The free breakfast was great and had a good selection. There was a complimentary gift bag of water bottles and cookies and it was so appreciated. We had ice packs that needed to be frozen for our ride home and they were happy to put them in our freezer for us. The only problem was, the woman checking me in asked if we wanted room service the following morning and I said yes but they never came. It was ok though. All in all it was a great hotel.

Everything went as well as planned . . .recreation room was I spent . . I usually go swimming but the pool wasn't adult size. its good for a family of young ones though . . the room was good had good pressure on the shower . . for we spent 2nights there was very accommodating to the area we visited most which was Salem . .which was only a 10 min ride . . I didnt realize the weather was a factor as I left New York the temp was in 50 s and when we got to our destination . . there was snow . . .but to come around in the sun shiny weather . . would be a treat . .

only thing that was displeasing was . .. . the eggs . . the first breakfast was good scrambled eggs . . then the next day was a n omelet. same egg consistence . . I like fried eggs . . and the meat cheap sausage . .

The room was spacious and had the usual amenities.

The carpeting was dirty in many areas, particularly the elevators. Maintenance repairs were sloppy. What was really disappointing was that the hotel charged for parking. I have traveled all over the U.S. and have never paid for parking as a hotel guest; and, this from a hotel not even in a prime location. It was also billed as near Logan Airport, which it is not.

the front desk team didn't communicate my extended check out time to any necessary people so it caused a lot of confusion with housekeeping and front desk staff. the confusion resulted in an unexpected phone call that interrupted a phone screening. 30 mins after that was settled (aka i reiterated that i had extended check out since the moment i checked in!) housekeeping knocked an excessive amount while i was using the restroom. the knocking did NOT stop until i opened the door. housekeeping was also unaware of the extended check out time.

Everything, before you even walk in the smell of flowers envelops you, the staff at the front desk welcome you with a warm smile as you are greeted, very quickly had us checked in and in our clean rooms. The hotel smelt clean, the beds were clean and the bathroom was lean and tidy, after a horrible experience earlier that evening with another hotel "two doors down" this was a welcome and needed saving grace of a hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean, there was a work station for working online with easily accessible plugs and USB connections. Easily accessible USB and light switches by the bed. Small fridge and microwave in cabinet The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items, oatmeal, waffles , eggs, breakfast meats, muffins , bagels, toast, cold cereal, juices milk, coffee and more. Shampoo, conditioner, ,soap and handcream provided.

I would have liked a handheld shower head. I found the shower to be a bit slippery showering after another person, not sure if it was from the conditioner. Saturday morning there was no room to sit in the dining room but thats not unexpected.

the breakfast was great to start off each day and room was comfortable and clean, we visited Salem and location of the hotel was within a few miles.

cleaning /replace dirty towels wasn't available during our stay unless requested, apparently they only do regular daily cleaning on Fridays thru weekend? which we were not aware of until we saw a notice at the front desk on the 2nd day of our stay. Staff should have explained this when we checked in.

Room was very nice, beds and pillows were comfortable. We did not have a an fan in our bathroom and everything was completely steamy and moist. Our toilet did not want to flush, we did let the front desk know and they were very nice and apologetic.

The property was fine and the bed was pretty comfortable. I have stayed in another Hampton Inn in the bed was more comfortable than this one, however. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

There were kids running through the halls in the evening when we were trying to sleep they were carrying on and screaming.

The Staff was nice. Continental Breakfast was great with Omelets, waffles, sausage, muffins and much more. The pool was nice for the kids.

The Carpeting in the rooms a little dated could use a little more cleaning around the edges. It was nice though we had 2 rooms and great stay. We would definitely stay again. So, the Bad is not to bash them.
