Great location. Easy to get to. Lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had four rooms that we requested on a high floor and the hotel put us all together on the top floor. The windows also opened which is a huge plus for us because we like the room cold to sleep in. The people at the front desk were kind, accommodating and respectful. There was a long wait for dinner at the restaurant but there were 7 of us and it was a friday night. So if you would like to go make sure to make reservations. The food was tasty but did take some time to come out. The bread was amazing.

There was just a bit of loud revelers as parties broke up in the hotel around 11PM. Other then that the rooms were quiet.

The hotel was extremely clean and the surroundings were all very fresh. The location is great too. Staff were helpful. The food at Tuscan Kitchen was fabulous and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

There was very little not to like at this property. However, There are only steamers in the room, which are ok but nothing compared to an actual iron. The walls are thin and the doors slam shut as much as you try to close them quietly!! When visiting the cafe, a member of staff was heard to say to a colleague ’after these two lattes were not doing anymore because I can’t be bothered to go back out’. The day before, we were offered only drip coffee as the machine was ‘broken’ which now makes me wonder if it actually was or they just could not be bothered!! This I feel may need a little addressing.

Beautiful local. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Good size rooms and wonderful gym.

We had a third person in our room and planned on using the pull out couch. When I called down and asked for sheets and an extra blanket they bright up one flat sheet. When I called down a second time they brought up another flat sheet. I'm not sure if it's because they were newly open and didn't understand what was needed, but I didn't want to call down a third time, so we made do. I do wish the was some kind of complimentary breakfast, even if it was just pastries and coffee.

The Tuscan kitchen was amazing I really enjoyed the food and drinks, our wait staff was amazing! The Tuscan cafe in the morning was also a delight to have on site. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, reasonably priced drinks and cocktails the atmosphere was unparalleled. We sat around the fire outside and had awesome service! I think overall value was great, I do think if I had taken advantage of more amenities I would have reached a 5 on value I just simply didn’t have enough time to experience it all. My next stay will have to be at least 2 nights so that I can fully enjoy the Tuscan village.

I wish there was more communication from waitstaff at the 3 places I went kitchen, cafe and rooftop on whether or not we were guests in the hotel or not. Even if there’s no benefit to being a guest it would build value for people that are.

We waited in line for 30 minutes to check in. There was no apology or mention that we waited so long. The next day I went to get food at the coffee shop in the hotel and again I waited in line for 20 minutes to then be told they were not serving food because they were so behind. So I just got a tea and that took another 15 minutes.

I loved everything about the property. It felt like I was someplace tropical. The staff at the bar at the tuscan kitchen was awesome!! So friendly. The bar manager and staff at the roof top went above and beyond. I can not wait to come back

My only negative would be the mattress on the pull out couch was very thin and uncomfortable. The coils stuck out.

The style, layout of the hotel & pool are excellent. Rooftop bar was the Cherry on top! Great bar staff! Gina was our waitress at Tuscan Kitchen that night & she was a delight- we forgot our cheaters & she loaned us a pair! Food & service was excellent! Restaurant was very pretty! Valet service was a plus - quick & easy!

The hotel and rooms were clean and well designed and efficient.

Decor was a little drab. The entrance to the hotel for travel customers was difficult and the parking across a cold windy lot around the back of the complex not convenient or pleasant.

The rooms, location of the facility and the amenities in the general area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Did not know about being charged for parking till check out, the rooms cost enough, charging $10 a night for parking is a bit much.

Location and vibe was exactly what I was hoping for.

Can hear everything in the hallway through the door. Was woken up several times with people coming back to their rooms late making lots of noise.
