The hotel itself doesn't sit in the prettiest situation. It's right next to an interstate and behind a car dealership. However, it is so convenient to everything! There's a shopping center with grocery shopping, a Starbucks, gas stations, restaurants. I really appreciated where it's situated and what's available close by. It's also along the river, which is nice. It's also very clean, well kept, there is food available for purchase that can be heated up in a microwave, as well as snacks and nonalcoholic drinks. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel has a great vibe. This may sound strange, but one thing I noticed when I'm staying in a hotel is the window shades. This had the type that you roll up and down with a chain, and it had the type that obscure's yet lets in lots of light as well as blackout. I really appreciate that. I only stayed for one night, and it was for work, and it was exactly what I wanted. Great hotel. Actually better than I expected.

In the previous, "what did you like" box, I mentioned the location. The only reason I'm saying that is because I just wanted to prepare people to not expect too much regarding the surroundings. For me that was not a problem because everything else was excellent and what I wanted.

All the employees were friendly and happy to answer questions. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was great. Good variety of choices.

There was nothing we didn't like. Just one suggestion though. It would be nice to have a night light of some sort in the bathroom. I had to leave the door open some (which was a little difficult due to it swinging open) to see when I got up a couple of times a night. I didn't want to wake my sister with the brighter light.

There was a mix-up with payment when I was checking in which was very upsetting. Anne-Marie was very nice and helped me to work something out. I was there for a funeral and also was in an accident on the way, so it was already a upsetting day. I was very upset. She was very calm which helped me and she held my room until I could work something out. She did not make me feel rushed at all. Luckily everything worked out fine. Thank you Ann Marie I appreciate your kindness.

You really need to have at least a small microwave to warm up food at least . Furnishings are are a bit old. Lamp shades on upside down and held on with electrical tape. Not being informed when someone would be working outside my window. Since there's no housekeeping it would be nice if someone stopped to at least empty trash and give towels. There was no way for me to contact the front desk so I had to leave my room go down stairs to ask for whatever I needed. I will say everybody at the front desk was always very pleasant and nice.

I never expected such a good breakfast. Really good break fast. Very helpful staff specially SOROYA. I had some serious problem with my lap top,and SOROYA helped me to solve it,she has good knowledge of computer

The floor of the room 441 , was vibrating , the vibration passes through your body, there must be a huge motor just below that room . You feel you are inside a plane closer to the engine.

I like the staff very attentive to my needs. Also, the location is excellent and the appearance of the place was beautiful clean hospitable. The rooms were great comfortable and the pool environment was perfect.

What I did not like was having to leave

We traveled for a funeral, so our stay was a bit of a blur. The property was convenient, clean, and perfectly located relative to the service. The front desk guy was awesome and welcomed us with treats in the wee hours of the morning. It helped make an otherwise sad occasion a little more bearable.

Can't think of any

Room was welcoming, and clean. We expected noise being on the first floor, but it was quiet. Complimentary coffee was good, and staff was helpful and pleasant. No smell of cigarettes like some of the Google reviews mentioned.

The bed was a little too hard, and the pillow wasn't great. However it wasn't the worst we've had either. When we first drove into the parking lot, it smelled like weed. There was a police officer parked there after we came out, keeping watch, which was good to see though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and they certainly added value. The included breakfast was well-done - offering several fresh options.

I was skeptical when we first entered the room and noticed the room was very dark and appeared somewhat dated. I was pleasantly surprised to see that despite that, it was clean and tidy.

The staff were amazing I had some time alone before my parent come and i felt very safe ordering take out. The room was clean, the breakfast was perfect. I was well rested and relaxed when i left in the morning.

There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel

Breakfast was very good. My only complaint was some of it was not very warm. The serving staff were extremely efficient!

The window shades in our room had no means to put them up. It seems the pills of levers were missing. As a result the room was very dark.
