We liked the short drive to the beach. Rooms were large enough and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. 3 pools to choose from: Adult, up to 6 feet deep, wading pool 1-2 feet, for children, and a slide pool. Awesome. Playground areas for children. Undercover gazebos and barbeque areas for family and friends to enjoy the quiet area.

Small bathroom. Really bad paintjob. Noticed because I'm a painter and it was obvious it was done by the property maintenance and not a professional. Let me know if you would like me to come in an do a quick fix in each of the rooms to make them look better.

The location is great really close to everything while being away from the chaos of the strip. If you have kids, the pools are awesome the kids absolutely love the three different pools. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The room was fairly clean. Could’ve needed a little updating but overall I would definitely say I got definitely recommend anybody who is looking for a place to stay with kids!

Loved the basic nature of the place. It wasn't updated with the usual cookie cutter remodeling that the higher end places are all doing now. All was adequate, clean, and the price was reasonable. Checkout was a breeze as it is off season. Location was great. Easy access to sights and services. Wish I could have stayed longer.

No complaints

The room was clean and the whole place was really cute! There were gazebos and chairs and grills in one area. Location was great. It didn't take too long to get to the beach. For the price it was well worth the stay! We will be going back there.

I found it funny the room was non smoking but there were burn holes in the comforter amd burn marks on the toilet seat lol also the bed was a little hard so we woke up a little stiff.

This motel was excellent. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. 3 pools, one with water slide. Staff was friendly and available 24/7. 6 miles from Hampton Beach. Beverage center, General Store, and great restaurant across the street. Very convenient. I would recommend and stay here again for sure.

Grounds were very well kept, wonderful play area for kids, nice gazebos with chairs to have morning coffee in, staff was pleasant and helpful, beds were comfortable enough.

If you can even call it something I didn’t like… you could tell our specific door had been kicked in or messed with at some point in time. Door lock was fine, we had absolutely zero issues with it but from the outside looking in it was a little off putting.

Never got the password for free wifi.

Very adiquit for the price. It wasn’t perfect, but would definitely stay again Thanks for the blanket in the drawer.

Room cleaning employee. Claimed that I was lying, about how there was no soap/ shampoo in the room... It's okay to forget once in a while. We're all human. Didn't need a stern lashing.

It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

It was very busy, but that is just me. It is a family oriented motel with all kinds of fun for the kids and so that is a very good thing to have. So much fun for the kids.

Nice pools

The room was not clean and when I brought it up to desk person they just shrugged their shoulders. There were random pills under the bed(if a child was there would have been very sick), the bathroom had hair in the corner where the toilet was, there were burns marks on every dresser .
