We liked the short drive to the beach. Rooms were large enough and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. 3 pools to choose from: Adult, up to 6 feet deep, wading pool 1-2 feet, for children, and a slide pool. Awesome. Playground areas for children. Undercover gazebos and barbeque areas for family and friends to enjoy the quiet area.

Small bathroom. Really bad paintjob. Noticed because I'm a painter and it was obvious it was done by the property maintenance and not a professional. Let me know if you would like me to come in an do a quick fix in each of the rooms to make them look better.

Pretty short distance from hampton, and Salisbury Beach. Family friendly, picnic table seating area, love having pool access, and continental breakfast

The pool items didn't work. They have a bucket that fills with water and dumps on their head but was not running. They also had a decent water slide that lands in a pool and this was also not running. Kid was very disappointed especially after seeing pictures when choosing where to stay.

I loved the location. It was near a lot. The room was comfy. Bed was comfy. I would stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like is the shower head pressure was absolutely terrible. Terrible meaning the pressure was unbearable. It felt like I was getting shot with pellets. It was uncomfortable. The temperature was amazing. Just the pressure they need to fix.

They had what looks like 3 different pools, 1 for swimming, 1 for wading and 1 with a water slide. They had a nice bbq area. The grills are charcoal grills. They had grill utensils hanging next to all the grills. Very nice covered seating. We did not use them given we stayed just the night. Place was clean and staff was friendly.

Plenty of parking and room to relax. Picnic area playground etc. room was spacious and mostly clean. Nice central location and a lot quieter than beach front area. Bed very comfortable

No usb outlets to charge phone. Ceiling vents dirty and clogged with dust and dirt. Shower could use some elbow grease.

The location is great really close to everything while being away from the chaos of the strip. If you have kids, the pools are awesome the kids absolutely love the three different pools. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The room was fairly clean. Could’ve needed a little updating but overall I would definitely say I got definitely recommend anybody who is looking for a place to stay with kids!

The housekeeper she was so sweet I can't stay there without leaving that woman a 10 dollar tip she's the best she works her ass off all by herself she's amazing

That they made me come down every morning to sign the paper when I would pay the night before that was a pain

Loved the basic nature of the place. It wasn't updated with the usual cookie cutter remodeling that the higher end places are all doing now. All was adequate, clean, and the price was reasonable. Checkout was a breeze as it is off season. Location was great. Easy access to sights and services. Wish I could have stayed longer.

This motel was excellent. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. 3 pools, one with water slide. Staff was friendly and available 24/7. 6 miles from Hampton Beach. Beverage center, General Store, and great restaurant across the street. Very convenient. I would recommend and stay here again for sure.

The room was clean and the whole place was really cute! There were gazebos and chairs and grills in one area. Location was great. It didn't take too long to get to the beach. For the price it was well worth the stay! We will be going back there.

I found it funny the room was non smoking but there were burn holes in the comforter amd burn marks on the toilet seat lol also the bed was a little hard so we woke up a little stiff.
