I have a hard time going up and down stairs due to an injury. I requested a 1st floor room. When I arrived they had me in a 2nd floor room, there is no elevator, only stairs. I mentioned that at the desk. They apologized and fixed it right away. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Short drive to Hampton Beach and Plum Island.

It is advertised as having an indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was empty and looks like there is construction going on in there. I think that should have been mentioned during reservations. I chose this hotel because of the hot tub, it would be good for my husband.

It was a convenient location. It was clean. Decent sized room. Friendly staff. I love that the fridge and microwave were clean. Overall good stay. Could rate higher but no elevator and carpet in hall needs cleaning or replacing.

It is an older building so there isn't an elevator. We knew this going in , so it was fine. The pillows were hard. We usually bring our own pillows to any hotel but didn't want to carry them up the stairs. Extra trip...... the ac blows too hard right at the bed. If the bed was on the other side of the room it would be better

Lobby was clean and staff was nice. The beds were comfier than expected. A/C worked very well and rooms were clean. 4 pillows per bed was really nice, as most places give 2 per and they’re always flat.

It was really loud with kids running up and down the halls early in the morning and late at night. The hot tub was out of service. The side entrance/exit was propped open during our stay and that felt unsafe. The shower heads are really low, if you are over 5’6 you have to duck down to wash your hair.

the staff was excellent and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. When I booked I didnt know there was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. My hubby has a hard time with stairs. They were booked for the weekend but they moved us to the 1st floor as soon as a room was available. So this is a like and a dislike

Very comfortable room with King bed and clean, modern bathroom. Excellent A/C and the fridge and microwave were very nice as well. The front desk person was very good and was a great help. We were on the main floor and I would recommend this to anyone. The location was great between Hampton, Seabrook and Salisbury beaches,

The only thing we didn't like was that the spa was being repaired and we couldn't enjoy that as we had in the past.

once inside the room was clean, no smell at all, room was large, bed was comfy, bathroom was a bit old but crystal clean, no issues with cleanliness at all. this hotel does not deserve the bad reviews that it gets. Before you get in the room the hallways are a bit shabbier but they are not unclean, just a bit tired looking. Also, the soundproofing on this hotel is better than many high end hotels I've stayed at. If you really pay close attention yes obviously you can hear some evidence that other people exist in the building but at normal attention levels the room is dead quiet. Front desk guy was great. Polite and friendly.

really the stay was totally fine, I have no complaints, but obviously what could eventually be addressed is redoing the inner corridors. Also the fellow at the front desk, really nice friendly guy and great customer service, acted very professionally. The only thing I might suggest is that I suppose the hotel has no dress code policy for the front attendant - I would switch the jean jacket for a business jacket with a name tag or at least a v neck sweater with a name tag. Would def create a much better first impression.

The property was very clean and Centrally located for us Close enough to the ocean and restaurants and shopping

I am not very pleased that $100 for damages was not released back to my card. The day of my departure. I have stayed at many places and have never been actually charged on. My card or it was released the day I departed

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean (excluding bath tub). The lobby has a cool old time feel.

The bath tub would not drain well some times. The bottom of the bath tub had a greasy film on it. I think this is because there hotel soap says it's made from vegetable oil.

I love the location. Close to everything (beach, grocery etc.) but away from the boardwalk hustle & bustle. The room is clean and comfortable!!!

The pool was out of service. The indoor pool amenities were a deciding factor.

Great motel hands down give it a 10. The service and performance here with consumer service amazing. People that leave bad reviews here are petty. My family loves it here and this motel is 5 star to us.
