The room was very spacious. Almost to the extent that the kitchen area was far too large and the bathroom could have stolen some of that space. The view wasn't bad. Very quiet temperature control. Location was amazing - right in the heart of downtown.

I would say the shower was kind of tight and the shower head was up quite high and the water pressure was not very strong. We needed to use the pullout bed in the couch and it was bordering nasty. Breakfast was adequate. Price was kind of high considering I needed to pay another $40 each night to park.

The pool and gym were nice features and the complimentary breakfast was robust. Friendly staff and good space in the room itself.

We were a family of 4 (and paid for 2 adults/2 children) but when we came into the room the pull out sofa wasn't set up as a bed and we had to request pillows (there was also only a small fleece blanket, no comforter for the pull out bed). Would have appreciated that being set up especially since we checked in on the later side and it was close to our kids' bedtime.

There was a person knocking on our door in the middle of the night and wouldn’t stop. She tried opening the door handle several times which was very unnerving. After two calls to the front desk, they figured out they had double booked our room and claimed it was a mix up with names.

It was walking distance to nice stores and restaurants on the water. The rooms were really nice with all utensils, dishwasher full-size fridge and electric stove. Pet friendly, very clean rooms and helpful friendly staff

Valet parking was $40 per night, and street metered parking was 9 am to 8 pm hours 1-3 $2 per hour, and 4+ hours $5 per hour. After 8 pm, it was free but almost impossible to find a spot

Breakfast was good and varied by day. Coffee was too strong for us. Wonderful junior suite, all facilities new and bright.

40/day parking fee plus tips for the valets was a little steep for a smaller city.

Beautiful hotel right in the center of downtown near shopping. We had a one bedroom king suite which was more like an efficiency apartment. Totally worth it for the extra $20. The free breakfast was good. I like that the indoor pool opened at 6am. Very close to restaurants and pubs. The burger next to the hotel was great. Good martinis.

The only thing I didn't like were the pillows. Very soft and flat. Hard to get comfortable with them. The bed itself was fine. Our room was next to laundry room so we heard the humming of the dryers.

The location was good, the room was large and clean and the staff made check in and check out incredibly easy.

You could tell that the room was starting to be dated. A piece of the flooring was coming up and the couch was frayed on the side.

The staff was quick to answer, friendly, and very helpful. Our room was great and very spacious traveling with our 2 month old baby. It was in a great location and walking distance to everything.

Nothing to do with the hotel, only that parking either in the street or garages can be expensive every day.

The hotel is very central to the town and all the restaurants etc. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Parking was expensive. but we knew this before travelling.

price is awful high and bar not being open was disappointing also said alcohol and wine would be available at front desk well it wasn’t but nbd both hotels near each had one also in bathroom some dummy before us apparently spilled fingernail polish all over vanity I cleaned it up
