Breakfast was fine clean and warm. Upgrade on rooms was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. First time for me. Room very clean and neat.

Booking was concerning went to Hilton Honors site(I am a member) was able to pick rooms and dates, but could not process for payment. Had to go through Booking.com. Not a fan of 3rd party booking. Called Customer Service (HH) to check on reservations that were made and told them the same problem with HH not accepting payment. Also learned reward points were not given through 3rd party booking. Coffee needs improvement at Exeter Hampton.

I had a family member in the hospital and this location was perfect for being able to get some rest in between visits. Staff was incredible about helping me extend my stay when I needed to be there longer than I originally thought. They offer hot breakfast and also an on the go option for people who don't have time to sit down and eat. 24 hour Dunkin right next door. Comfortable, clean, well stocked snack bar and staff really does make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable.

I rarely write reviews but felt it would be an injustice to this hotel to not take the time to give my feedback. Every staff member I encountered was extremely helpful. Ashley at the front desk went above and beyond to make this a wonderful stay for my children and I. She was professional, friendly and even took the time to make up a birthday gift when she found out my birthday plans the prior week were cancelled. Our room was spotless and very well appointed, to a much higher standard than the star rating of the hotel suggests. The hotel was peaceful and yet has plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance and short drive. The breakfast was also excellent. Very well stocked and a good variety of hot items. One of my children has many severe food allergies. The female employee took this very seriously and made sure everything my daughter selected was safe for her. Finally, the pool was a big hit. Sturdy high quality seating, a warm clean pool and plenty of towels available for guests. My husband and I used to travel a lot for work, typically with with Marriott. This is one of my first stays with Hilton and I must say I am extremely impressed. I will be a returning customer.

Great location, clean and the pillows and beds were comfortable.

Our hallway on the 4th floor was very cold. Not a big deal being that we could control the temp in our room though. We did forgo the breakfast buffet, because as we walked in to where the food was placed an employee was sitting near the food, with rubber gloves on and she had her hand on her face and it was also touching her hair. I am not sure if she was handling food or just cleaning but it was a turn off to want to eat there.

The staff was wonderful. She gave us a map of the area and suggested a place for dinner and it was awesome. There was so much to choose from for breakfast. This was one of the reasons I chose to stay there. The location was great, close to stores and Water Country was only a short ride away. I will absolutely stay there again.

Staff was the sweetest and so helpful! The rooms and the hotel overall was very clean. The location was good, right off the highway and quick drive to Hampton beach (10-12 minutes). Breakfast was very yummy too with good choices for all taste buds. There was more than enough parking! Wifi was really good too.

I wish breakfast ended at 10am instead of 9am during the week too instead of just the weekend.. We love to sleep in on vacation as do the kids so getting up early just to make sure we made it on time for breakfast was a minus for us.. Only other minus was the fan in the bathroom did not work so after showering it became very steamy in there.

I want to say that the reception was amazing! Ashley at the front desk was more than accommodating. She went above and beyond to make my stay with my family above a 10! And Barb in the kitchen helped me and my family with our breakfast as we were on a time crunch. Needless to say, I will highly recommend your Inn to everyone that is looking for a place to stay. My family and I have already stated to each other that this is the one that we will always stay at when we are in the area. I want to thank you very very much for the warm welcome and amazing stay.

Clean room- comfy bed- Anything we needed- like extra towels, etc. readily taken care of. Helpful and friendly staff- front desk- breakfast staff and cleaning persons.

The location. A winter storm was coming and I had to be at the hospital at 8 am the next morning. I stayed here so I would not have to drive. I was able to walk to the hospital.

The television video was too dark and I couldn’t really see the screen. The front desk person said the person to adjust it wouldn’t be in til the next day.

Very clean, friendly staff. Convenient location, the front desk and little store at the front is open 24/7.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, too firm but I suppose that could be a preference thing. It hurt my shoulders and back. I would have used the pool but chose not to because the smell of chlorine was so so strong you could smell it down the hall from the pool.
