Breakfast was excellent , especially for a chain hotel- cinnamon rolls were the best! Bathroom was very clean!

I’m a hotel member. I always stay at a Holiday Inn express if possible I didn’t request a late check out. My phone rang at 11:05 and asked if I knew what time checkout was. I said my husband was in the shower and that we would be down in a little bit. She asked how long because checkout is at 11 was not accommodating at all I was quite rude about the whole situation all the years I’ve stayed there. No one has ever called my room to ask when I was leaving.😡

The location was close to where I was visiting. The staff was friendly at the desk. It was clean.

I try to book handicap or shower access when traveling for health reasons. The toilet was fine with grab bars. However, the shower area was horrible. No grab bars in the tub (low tub) area. There was a handicap plastic feeling seat to put in the tub. Great if you have something to "grab" onto. Plus, the seat was unstable. For anyone with stability or handicap issues the handicap accessible room I had would not be good and I would not recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; very accommodating. The Hotel itself was very well kept and clean.

Nothing to do with the Hotel or staff but we had neighboring guests that were kind of loud and banging on the floor. We didn't complain but they do have posted signs on the wall to be mindful of noise after 8pm.

Location was good. Place was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned daily.

I am in a wheelchair and couldn't get the only roll in shower in the place. I can't step into a tub so I stayed for a week without being able to take a shower, had to do sponge baths. Handicapped parking was always full, too few spots. It was hard to get past kitchen area to rest of room, not enough wheelchair clearance. Eggs and sausage patties were dry and overcooked.

the only downside was that the employee at the front desk, who appeared to be training, had a very strong accent and i had difficulty understanding him. luckily his supervisor helped us.

Definitely clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

Reviews mentioned tiled floor (no carpet) but beware, that’s just half the room- there are carpets under the beds.

The breakfast was good. I have never been in a hotel that was so clean. Very friendly staff. Roofs were big and nice. Bathroom was perfect nice walk in shower ...I would highly recommend this holiday inn to and of my friends or relatives. I would rate it an A ++

There was nothing I disliked

The room was very comfortable and up to date furnishings. Clean with no bad chemical smells like in other places. Sheets were great!

I always stay here when visiting Hampton Beach area. I love the fact they have their own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the shower so I don’t ever need to worry about packing those toiletries. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Very clean rooms, pretty quiet when I visit, even when I stayed for Memorial Day Weekend.
