I liked that it was seemingly mixed between retro and modern it was very clean I loved that there was a large porch balcony sitting area right outside the door the Wi-Fi worked great everything was smooth.

What I didn't like was that knowing that me and my two sons were staying there the room next to me kept seemingly being booked by young people that had loud music two nights in a row. The people there the first night I felt like put their radio right up against the wall that the beds were on making it a little difficult for me and my kids to stay sleeping. I'm not against any group having a good time I didn't make any complaints but I wish the staff would split the difference they have two buildings if you know you have families keep them all in one building and have your night time part of yours booked for the other building you still make all the same money but you aren't having any disturbances

The owner was extremely nice gave us a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room for the same price and let us leave are car there all day the next day to walk around even though we only stayed one night i highly recommended this place. Dont let the outside appearance fool you they are renovating slowly due to new Hampshire policies but inside the rooms are beautiful and up to date. Highly recommend to stay here

The room was updated, large tv, storage for clothes and food items, small kitchen sink, table with 2 chairs, included a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The room was larger than most two bed rooms I be stayed in. The location is AMAZING. It is centrally located and you can easily travel to any locations on foot. I travelled with my 3 children, shared a bed with my 12 yr old daughter and there was plenty of room. My older sons don’t like sharing a bed, so I brought a full size 18 inch high air mattress and was able to easily fit it next to one of the beds.

It didn’t bother me or my kids, but the bathroom is a bit narrow and the sink and light switch are outside of the bathroom.

Location was good. Car parking excellent. Surfaces and linen clean. A/C worked - very warm day on check in. Good reception from staff although never saw one member of stafff again (2 days).

For a basic room the price was fairly high. It was 2 days before the close of season and not a lot of tourists. The basin in the room would not empty but if the plug was pulled completely out (as it can easily be done) the bottom half was full of congealed hair and debris. Not a pretty sight. No staff present on check out so no chance of pasing this one minor hiccup to him.

so cute updated and clean rooms! only downside was shower could be updated and a little bigger, our tub didn't drain. Also could use a rack for hanging some clothes. there isnt a closet, that's ok, but at least a rack with some coat hangers would be nice! The owner, presume the front desk man is the owner, is so friendly and helpful! we've stayed a couple years in a row and love it! one block from the beach an connivence store right at the end of the parking lot! walk to restaurants and bars, chairs for outside your room seating, love it!

The location was perfect, everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The king size bed was so comfortable, It seemed to have been recently updated, with nice floors and microwave and refrigerator. The gentleman at the the front desk was very nice. Having chairs right outside out room door was great also. The location was also quiet while we stayed.

The water pressure in the shower was very light (not a huge deal) the bathroom sink was in the sleeping area next to the kitchen sink (kinda weird) Other than that it was a perfect stay.

hotel was nice and clean, very friendly. the room was wonderful. clean bed was really comfortable. shower was great. staff was very very friendly. Nice big refrigerator, nice and bright.

with a nice kitchen and all, that comes with a room that you're staying for awhile, but there were no dressers, or closet, to put your clothes in if you were staying for a while. also, the parking wasn't the best. and the steps to The landing has no railing, I'm handicapped and it was a little tough. But other than that everything else was wonderful.

The room was cute, comfortable and clean. I loved the brand new fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. I liked how they provided a lot of towels, facecloths and even make-up remover towelettes. I didn't need housekeeping on the second day and he seemed surprised but I didn't need a thing! The big TV at the end of the bed was awesome. The window A/C unit was new and clean as well. Plenty of places to plug in and charge devices.

My only complaint is the floor felt a little sandy upon arrival but it is the beach. The room smelled a little bit like wood shavings. Not bad, just odd. The sink and showers are outdated but I think it's charming and doesn't mean it's not clean.

It was a very pleasant stay with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Stuff was nice and there is also a free parking All in all, enjoyed a lot - warm, big room and not noisy at all And what is one of the most pleasant things - they returned the deposit money the same day we check out

I do not remember whether we paid for breakfast or it was included, but next time I would prefer going to the cafe. It is simple American breakfast with lots of bread and jam

Hampton Beach is notorious for tiny little motels that are not extraordinarily clean. This motel was the exception. When booking, I noticed that it had begun to go through renovations. This signaled new ownership and better potential experience and cleanliness. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, the check-in and out process was easy, and the room wash freshly renovated and CLEAN. SO CLEAN. It was perfect. I will absolutely stay there again, and only there if this excellent cleanliness and service continue.

Maybe leave a couple menus for local restaurants or delivery services in there to look at :-) otherwise, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the room.
