Breakfast - Aswel was a terrific host in the dining room, he greeted and was attentive to the visitors. Cleaned right up after people finished their breakfast. Restocked as needed. I give him an A+

All of your hotel staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. I felt bad the room service didn't leave envelopes for tips. I did manage to talk to a brother/sister and gave him a tip. Also there was a tip jar in the breakfast are but I didn't notice it until the 3rd day. there was maybe one or two tips in there. I suggest a small table with the tip jar so everyone can see it. All of your workers deserve it, they are very hard workers.

The front staff was very friendly and easy curious. The room was wonderful for the suite. Was mostly handicapped accessible. I would have hoped for a easier way for my husband; who is handicapped; to get it and out of the bath tub. However loved the seat that was in the bath tub.

I would have liked to have been told about the lift for disability customers; while we were checking in or a notice in the room that was handicapped accessible for the pool. I think customers who are in wheelchairs should be able to get into the gazebo.

Breakfast was good but other guests were rude and didn't leave food for others there to get. Pool was nice and warm.

They had teenagers there. They were basketball players with their families. Super super rude. Banging doors at all hours of the day and even late at night 1200. Plus swearing could hear them in the next room and I wear earplugs. Running up and down the halls. Sad thing is there are signs up saying please be quite. When we returned our key the lady at the front desk didn't ask how are stay was cause I would of vented to them. Plus parents should of been watching their kids. Plus at breakfast hogging food no consideration for others.

The water pressure in the shower was strong which is a plus. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. I got a good nights sleep at the hotel. The room was quiet. The staff were so friendly offering me coffee and tea. I could not fault the staff, they work so hard. Always a smile on their face especially the guy at breakfast. We got a warm welcome on arriving and the manager was a real character. Hampton is a cute town to explore. I would stay there again. Good value for money for traveling Australians worried about the dollar.

There are a few renovations going on at the moment but the noise is minimal. Despite the renovations it was quiet during the day.

Needs updates , toilet handle broken , toilet wobbly , broken curtain , lack of outlets ( for laptops etc) housekeeping never came to our room for freshening up , had to ask for fresh towels , need more than one ice machine , set up for breakfast should be placed back end where empty bar is , need two waffle batter stations ( not just the waffle makers ) upon arrival table in room had crumbs on it and the chairs , rooms are dark even with lighting and curtains open

This location is conveniently positioned away from the beach along a major route with access to many retail shops and restaurants But, close enough for a quick jaunt. The staff were all very pleasant, clean rooms and an enjoyable breakfast 🥞🍳

Check in and out was easy. The suite was exceptionally large and clean. The breakfast options satisfied adults and kids.

It’s not quite as direct to get off and onto the highway but overall the area had plenty of things (restaurants, mini golf, and shopping stores).

Breakfast was delicious, pool was clean and very comfortable temperature, beds were comfy and AC kept us quite cool.

Don't know what the maid/cleaning service schedule was, but from 3pm Mon., 7/1 to checkout Thurs,. 7/4 we only had a single visit to our room to change towels, etc. Is that normal?

Staff went out of their way to help us when we had a question or any issues. We did not have any major issues. Just a little problem with the heating / cooling system and the staff explained what to do. The controls were in a different location in the room.

They were closing down breakfast before the 10 AM cut off. We got there at 9:30 AM and everything was gone and they were shutting down. The staff went into the kitchen and cooked for just for us since it was still before the 10:00 AM cut off.

One of the best breakfast offered at a hotel that I have been to. Hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable, water pressure is the shower was amazing and great location. Strong fragrance in the lobby which was very overwhelming.
