The property was very clean. The room had great features like a stocked kitchenette, dining area and porch. We watched the fireworks from the comfort of our room. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Parking was in the back of the building underneath/through the bottom of the building. The view of the beach was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and super responsive.

My only negative comment, which really is nothing that is the property’s fault, is the noise from the traffic that rides by. At night, you can hear people with loud cars and motorcycles zooming up and down every so often though it’s not enough of a deterrent to make me not want to stay here again in the future.

It was beautiful!!! The staff isn’t there at the time we arrived but they made it very easy to get into the building and our room. We were so impressed with this place. I knew there was a coffee maker but wasn’t sure kind so didn’t know what type of coffee to bring and I forgot to get half and half. I got into the room and it was a k-cup coffee maker and they had plenty of k cups, sugar and half and half there. The ocean is right there across the street so we were able to listen to the ocean all night. I can’t say enough good about this place. We will definitely be back!!

We loved everything

Loved the rooms they were clean and spacious. The staff was great. Nice to know it is family run. My husband and I stayed two nights in one room. We decided to stay another night, and the owner was very accommodating. I know my husband and I will become regulars every year. GREAT JOB!!

Please DON'T take this as me complaining. Would have loved an alarm clock and a list of restaurants in the area. I hate to use my phone.

The room was. Very nice, spacious, and decorated very well for the vibe of being at the beach. We would stay here again. Only thing I might do different is to request a 3rd floor balcony as the folks above us were like draft horses walking on wood floors up there :).. it didnt detract from our stay, however. We just knew they were there. 😀

I found Atlantic Breezed to be located in a very convenient location with easy access to the finish line of the Eastern States 20 miler. The room was very comfortable, clean and had nice decor

I liked everything about Atlantic Breeze, although I was disappointed by the lack of establishments that were open due to it being off season.

We loved how clean the facility was. We enjoyed that we could watch the sunrise from our balcony. The bed was comfortable.

We had no cable TV in our room. Our daughter was disappointed. A staff member tried to fix it but was unsussful. For the amount we paid, we should have all amenities available to us, and staff did offer anything for our inconvenience.

This is THE BEST place to stay on the seacoast, from contactless check in, right upto the moment we checked out!! Completely hassle free stay! clean spacious rooms awesome place to stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed!

Not 1 thing to complain about!!

I liked the fact that the hotel provided complimentary beach chairs and umbrella as well as beach toys for the kids and a beach wagon. The hospitality of the employees and the cleanliness of the room were very good. Pre- check in was a great idea. The decor of the rooms bring an inviting feeling and relaxing atmosphere.

Rooms are beautiful, clean and have everything you need available (beach wagons, ice for coolers etc.)

Limited parking. There is one spot per room and only two guest spots available so if you have more than one car you may be out of luck

Its location was lovely, clean, lacking a la bit of light in the bathroom. Staff was courteous, responsive and friendly :) SERIOUSLY: The bed was quite comfy, extending a question of what information can you tell me about this bed from room 102 queen

Nobody likes noise of heavy feet and children above while spending time in ones room, but that most certainly isn't the fault of "Atlantic Breeze Suites," Not everyone tries to be conscientious of others. Still not enough to affect the enjoyable get-a-way I had during my stay!
