- the staff is exceptional - the best I've met in any hotel in the area of Massachusetts/NH They even made delicious cookies for the guests! Everyone was exceptionally professional and kind and eager to help - The rooms are new and clean - Welcoming screensaver on TV with my name - small detail but it made me feel special, too - Great wifi - The breakfast doesn't have that many options, but still very good - the waffle machine definitely gives extra points to it. - Very quiet area, great for rest (I was photographing a wedding in the area on the next day, so that was one of the major factors for me). - their app is great - I programmed my phone to be my room key, and was never worried about forgetting those plastic keys in the room.

- the breakfast could have a couple of veggie options (spinach, avocado). But that's just me being picky - everything was great.

It was closed to work and not far away from I95 but still quiet enough during the night. Sometimes I had to work in the evening so having a table in the room was useful. Internet connection was also decent although limited to 1-2 devices / room which in 2024 is a bit funny (if you have a laptop, phone and a tablet, one has to be on mobile data). However the most important part - the bad was comfortable and I had slept very well every night. Very nice and helpful staff - I would definitely go back there !

Breakfast was good but pretty much the same every day. It just happened that I stayed 3 weeks (instead of 2 originally planned) so in the last days I just skipped it. True, any normal tourist would not stay that long in the same location.

I liked that there was a freezer with drinks and one with desserts in it near the entrance that wasn't an extra cost. It was nice to just have some water and a little treat. It was also fantastic there was a water and dryer. Didn't cost an arm and a leg. I got 2 wash and dries for less than just 1 wash at the laundromat I go to.

The bathroom needed a little more attention to finer detail with the cleaning. There was mold where the door frame and wall meet in the shower. The seem between the floor and wall also had a bit of pink mold. It worked out for me, but itd be nice if there was 1 or 2 more washers/dryers in case multiple guests wanted to use them at the same time

Sabi was amazing so nice !!! , room are very nice and bed 🛌 are SUPER CONFORTABLE !!! At least for us. Clean rooms good sleep .

When we get at night (10 pm) an older man named SCOTT was there. I try to compare prices between booking.com and hotel. So I asked if he has a room and he LOOKED AT ME NO NICE WAY AND SAY NO.. IM NOT STUPID I NEW IS ROOMS AT BOOKING SO I WENT OUT SIDE AND I BOOKED A ROOM. HE WAS LIKE I CANT FIND YOUR BOOK. LIKE 10 MINUTE I CALLED BOOKING.COM AND HE HER ME THAT IM CALLING SO HE MOVE THE HAND LIKE CALLING A DOG AND HE SAY I FIND IT. I WAS SO HIPOCRIT NICE AND SAY THANK YOU CAUSE MY LITTLE DAUGHTER WAS TIRED. SO THAT IS ONE . BREAKFAST IS VERY POOR FRENCH TOAST WAS SUPER DRY !!!!! ALSO PLEASE TAKE THOSE HORRI LE TABLE WITH BLACK TABLECLOTH. OR MAYBE IS BECAUSE THEY ARE RENOVED . THANKS TO SABI NEXT DAY I CAN SAY STILL I LOVE THE EXPERIENCE TO STAY.

I am not a breakfast eater but I actually enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was excellent as I do not drive and my partner is wheelchair bond. Carl'sJr was very convenient for us. Morning person at desk is an excellent employee. Need more people like her working with the public. Sorry I dd not get her name.

There was nothing that I disliked.

Was easy to get in and out of once we figured out which door to use due to construction. The staff was friendly, there was a pool, our room was nice and roomey, and the bed was comfy. Would stay there again.

The AC unit didn't keep the room cold enough, even on full blast. Die to that I woke up alot since I was too hot. Other than that, the room was great! Very clean and nice and comfy. Easy to get in and out of... It was great!

Breakfast was exceptional. excellent oatmeal and many toppings. Waffles. A variety of egg and meat dishes. Yogurt. Cold cereal. different bread types. And a very fastidious attendant.

The hotel had been remodeled recently, but was not quite done in the dining area and the lobby. We look forward to staying here when the entire remodeling is complete.

Food usually either wasn’t hot enough or wouldn’t stay hot when you ate it.Maybe a microwave in there might be helpful to use when needed.

Very convenient and manager was very hospitable. I'm assuming the water is free but I don't know but he gave it to me. The breakfast was awesome and lots of different foods for different diets. The beds were super comfortable not too soft not too hard and plenty of medium firmness pillows.

I felt the bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathtub and shower were a little bit run down and old fashioned. Other than that everything was fine.

Location was good, just minutes off the highway but a little easy to miss if you're not looking for it. The facility was clean, no weird smells. They accommodated my early check-in without an issue. Bed and room were comfortable overall.

My only issue was the carpet was wet in front of the heater/air conditioner unit under the window, and the temp was set to 75 when I walked in, so it was very warm in the room. Didn't affect my stay much, but I'm surprised they just left it that way and didn't tell me about it. I let the front desk know the next morning.
