Breakfast was simple and very good. I loved the scrambled eggs and appreciate the fact that it was kept hot throughout the period. You can get coffee and juice as many times as you would like. The location was close to everything! The room and bathroom were spacious, very clean. Rooms were refreshed daily and towels supplied. Family loved the indoor pools which was warm since the weather was getting cooler. Ample parking in a safe area.

The soap and bathroom supplies are too small. It could be improved on.

Minor issue, but the pillows were a bit fat and lumpy Minor issue...instructions for the TV would be helpful. When you turn it on it says "no signal" so I tried different buttons on the remote like info and menu, to no avail. The desk help was confused with my questions. Turns out all I had to do was put the up channel button. , Do prefer a separate entrance to the room. We like to back our car up to the entrance when traveling and just staying the night.

We loved how close we were to the beach without being in a crowded hotel. We stayed in the king with the separate bedroom so it was nice to have the separated space with a toddler. Staff left us alone except for the daily housekeeper check (she was great!). The breakfast was great too…a bigger variety than what we expected.

The rooms are not spacious and no separate dresser. I wish they cleaned while we were out- but I will say the housekeeper checked on us daily and the front desk provided what we needed if we missed her. Not a big deal but I wish the water pressure was better!

The receptionist at the time of my intake was very dismissive. When I arrived, she did not acknowledge me, nor looked away from her computer. After a few minutes, without even looking away from her computer she asked me my information and then told me I did not have a reservation multiple times before figuring it out. When I asked a simple question about the amenities, she referred me to a piece of paper. Overall the stay was great but my first impression with the receptionist could have been better.

We used to always stay directly on Ocean Boulevard with a balcony. The rooms there, regardless of establishment, are always beat up and small. We finally decided that cleanliness, comfort, a nice breakfast ate more important than being directly on the beach. We were not disappointed. Such a more relaxing experience.

The staff were professional, but perhaps they could be a touch more upbeat. I understand they deal with needy/crabby vacationers.

I've stayed at the Best Western Hampshire Inn several times when seeing family locally and always have a good stay here. There's a mall close by with shops and restaurants that I like and a Starbucks and Dunkin close by. One can drive to local parks, Hampton Beach, Newburyport and to Amesbury within a short distance and Cider Hill Farms is close by too.

I like everything.

The hotel was right next to the highway but was very quiet, you'd never know you were right next to the interstate. There were a lot of food options close to the hotel. The beds were comfortable.

I felt like there were insufficient options for breakfast (I know that there usually isn't a ton of options but there were 3 options total). There was also some sort of stain in the shower. I also found that any noise in the hallway was very loud inside the room and not really muffled.

When we arrive at midnight, after severe delays in obtaining our car rental at Logan airport, the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of, including our rumbling stomachs. The room was updated, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy and supportive. The breakfast spread was beyond expectations with so many delicious and fresh options. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations!

The only drawback was I only had hot water in the shower for about 10 minutes but that might have been an anomaly. On the positive side, it got me moving faster!

First night was awesome. Nice and quiet. Second night, not so much. Lots of stomping around, people running up and down the hallways late into the night and early AM. Doors slamming. not sure.If there's anything that the hotel itself could have done, people are just inconsiderate.

Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff, location was perfect. Close to shopping, beaches and resturaunts.

Had to go ask for replacement towels after housekeeping took our wet ones and didn't leave fresh ones. Previous guest had used the ice bucket as a trash can and it was still full. Wish there were more ice machine readily available on each floor. Going to the basement was a pain.
