In general, the hotel was great. The shower was glorious... plenty of hot water and water pressure from the gods. It was glorious, and better than at home. I was impressed with breakfast, and I dare say it rates among the best I've had in this type of a setup. They switched up the "sides" up every morning. We went out to eat one morning, because the husband wanted bacon. They must have heard him as the next/last morning, there was bacon. Anywho, they had a nice oatmeal station with a varriety of add-ins, and I was pretty impressed that they had strawberry compote at the waffle station. It's not gourmet, but it's far from some of the garbage we've been fed at other properties. Lastly, the shining beacon of light... Alvin, the man setting up breakfast. Our bed was comfy. We had some issues with the heating/cooling that were addressed. And even though we were on the highway side of the building (always seems to happen to me), they have really good windows that helped keep the noise at bay. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. We stayed at their Tarrytown property, and while we only slept there and checked out before breakfast, it impressed us enough to choose this property for our visit to Hampton, NH.

The refrigerator in our room was on a timer? Apparently, we have to reset it every two hours??? That was a huge, and pretty much the only, negative. You're out all day and want to have a refreshing beverage when you get back to your room, and nothing is cold. Fortunately, we had a cooler, but if you say there's a refrigerator in the room, that dang thing best be working 24/7 while there. That was the worst part of our stay.

This hotel is in a great location. During check-in and throughout our stay the staff were friendly. The room was modern, clean, large and comfortable. There are a lot of facilities on site (mini store, pool, fitness room).

Breakfast was ok - very typical spread. Only thing missing, if I'm being picky, would be some kind of breakfast potato (home fries). Pool does have a lot of chlorine. For those with sensitivities to chlorine, best to avoid.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was good with plenty of hot water. The room was very clean. The blueberry muffins were very good at breakfast and very nice coffee syrups. My husband liked the oatmeal and said it was made right. The staff was very friendly. This hotel was very close to route 1A. We went this way to go to Portsmouth, NH and then on to Ogunquit, Maine.

The only thing I would improve would be to provide bacon instead of sausage for a breakfast meat option. Home fries would also be a nice option. However, I do think they had a lot of choices, and I was able to find enough that I liked.

We liked absolutely everything about the entire facility. The room was clean and beautiful spacious they supplied us with absolutely everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful the staff was so kind and helpful even suggestion restaurants we would like in the area and things to do. The pool and area surrounding it was absolutely lovely the beautiful sunrise view from my room with spectacular we truly did not want to leave. And the cost I would have paid double

Overall very nice stay, with nice staff. Enjoyed my room, and breakfast options like the oatmeal bar is very yummy. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay again when I’m in the area next.

Having a breakfast option like pancakes or waffles would really elevate the breakfast. I felt like there could have been better attention to detail to cleanliness; floors and grout not quite clean enough, as well the shower.

A nicely designed hotel with plenty of comfortable amenities and stylish touches. Feels much more modern than lots of local chain hotel, and the room was a decent size for three adults traveling together. There was also plenty of closet space and a good sized desk. A good location for travel between Portsmouth, especially if you're driving.

One drawback was that the sink in the room was draining quite slowly, and the maintenance staff had already left for the day, but I think this was an incidental issue. Also we needed to use the daybed in the room, and there was a bit of trash that had fell down onto it through the couch which was a little unsettling, although the rest of the room was very clean.

An excellent new hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Impeccably clean, large parking area, and good internet. But the real treasure is the Russian-speaking girl at the reception, unfortunately, I didn't ask her name. She was very friendly and welcoming.

Warm pool but small, clean good sized room, nice staff, Only 10 minutes to the beach. Good location.

shower tile and door needed better cleaning (black slime above bottles, corner and shower track) , no liners in Barrels, Highway and ac noise, location of TV, breakfast had variety but sausage patties were inedible. Many guests threw away alot of food and where choosing more of the cereals , coffee and bakery goods rather than the hot food. Bath towels very small and thin. I had to use two to dry off.

Location is perfect and the price is very good for 5 people. We were family with 2 small kids, the big room did fit us all. It includes also breakfast in the price which is a bonus for this place.

It’s close to the highway so you might hear the traffic during the night in the room.

Breakfast was always hot and fresh , the gentleman assigned the breakfast took great pride in the presentation Only thing I would ask- ADD WAFFLE MAKER

Nothing to complain about, staff was very professional and the room was always clean and kept up during our stay! G/F said she loved the blow dryer
