Ron checked us in and was very helpful with any questions we had. He went above and beyond if we needed anything or needed directions. A wonderful employee 👌🏻

Our bathroom was a little dirty. A few pieces of hair on the wall and in the sink. And i believe a spot of blood on the wall. The floor in the room I don't believe had been washed in a while I dropped a couple of pieces of ice on the floor and went to wipe it up the the towel was VERY dirty. Im honestly not a complainer but just wanted to point these things out so maybe it will improve. Thank you!

Location. I love that it is close to beach. Stayed at the balcony suite with great view of the ocean! Really nice room! It’s a great place for beach getaway. Staff was nice and it’s a easy place to check in. I would definitely consider requesting this specific room even in off season! I had a great view of the band and sand bar, fireworks but I imagine the quiet during the off season would be appreciated too.

I liked this room, I’ve stayed in rooms that were ok but not worth the money. This one is the best! Not too many complaints on my part. I think the only thing I wish would change is the coffee maker.

The only thing I did not like was the valet parking situation. We paid 50.00 for two days of valet parking, but we were able to just get our keys and take our car ourselves each day. Don't know exactly what I paid for lol. If we were just paying for parking, then I understand that, but there was no valet service done for us, so honestly I feel like I was charged for a service that was not provided for me. If the valet parking was mandatory, then I'd have no problem, but the fact that it wasn't for us, why did I pay 50.00?

Right in front of the beach, accessible to commercial establishment and indoor pool. The housekeeper Carl on 3rd floor. He brightens up the morning with his smile and very courteous

No soundproofing. I was with my teenagers around 10:30 Pm on our second night the room next to us were very intimate and loud for 15 minutes. I was frozen to death and panicked my son was still awake at the time. I just hope walls are soundproof.

I really like that I could take my dog, in fact she was the whole reason I wanted to get a hotel room so that she could have a big fancy bed. I wanted to do it on the beach because I haven't seen her at the beach yet since I have gotten her in the last year. We both loved the deck,or balcony whatever you may call it the view was great!!

The one thing I can't get over still is that the breakfast was not included, that genuinely took me by surprise and I was unimpressed to say the least,$25 for breakfast at a hotel when that's usually complementary seemed a little steep so I didn't do it..

We loved the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. We had a beautiful view of the beach. The staff was helpful and kept our room clean and comfortable!

I own 2 dogs and I love them but would not take them to a hotel out of respect for other guests. The dog next door to us barked all night!! If I ever stay here again I will ask for a room away from dogs or it would be great if the hotel could reserve a part of the hotel to guests with dogs as I heard other people complaining about barking at night!

The breakfast and the dinner restaurant food was outstanding. The Food and restaurant General Manager checked on us to make sure all was going well and asked us if we needed anything. We even received a complimentary desert from him because we weee celebrating our Anniversary. Very focused on making patrons happy.

Prices of n the food mart / store were a little high

Great location. Beach is very nice. Kids liked the indoor pool, and the staff was very nice throughout. Amazing shower!

The rooms are a bit outdated, but that was more of a complaint from the family. Valet staff was super friendly but a bit costly to park for $25 a night and tip each time you have the car moved. Small elevator would be tough for older folks too.

The location was great.

We had lots of hidden fees. Had to pay extra for parking when we checked out. Not worth the cost of the room. The room was very basic. The shower still had hair in the shower. We got an email to check in. We checked in early online, even though we were not at the hotel. We got charged an extra $20 for early check in fee.

Location was amazing. The staff was really great as well. Really all the staff we encountered were great. The entertainment on the strip was an added bonus. The beaches were clean. Loved that chairs, umbrellas and bikes were included in our stay. Breakfast was great!

The bar on the roof needed more staff.
