I loved how amazing and kind they were to my 2 boys, Max & Tobi. Max is my 11 year old boxer/English setter, and Tobi is my 3 year old pocket bully. They go everywhere with me. The staff was beyond nice and accommodating! Anything you need, they are their to help. Hampton Inn & Suits is the hotel you want to stay in when going on any trip!

The only issue was that my mini camera and fire stick wouldn't work at this location. We stayed in the same hotel but in Lenox, MA, for 45 days, and it worked fine. I wish this would get sorted out because we really want to come back next year. We are staying at the one in Albany NY in 2 weeks as well.

It was right in Kittery next to the Trading Post, you could walk to it.

The pool area was cold you could feel cold air blowing, grant it, it was freezing outside but you would think they would turn the heat on in there. I booked my room for 3 adults for a 2 night stay and they left enough towels & wash cloths for only 2 adults for one use. I had to ask for more which is aggravating and the lady at the desk had suggested I could hang them & re use them, ahhh that’s a big fat NO. Our room was on the back side of the building and you could hear the traffic from the turnpike but it gets tuned out after a while. One great thing is we couldn’t hear people next to us or above us which is great. The breakfast was fantastic.

The staff was super. My wife could not find ANY issues with the room(the room was great...she nitpicks). We just reached our next destination...NJ..and we realized she did not pack Mr. P.(. A stuffed penguin I gave her 40 years ago.)..I called and Victoria was very compassionate and took a look. She found Mr. P She will be sending him out as soon as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...your staff is outstanding..And Victoria saved the day. Thank you!! Dave & Bev Kruk

The breakfast was good nice selection and the rooms were nice beds were comfortable liked there was bodywash,shampoo,conditioner in the bathroom and the pool was great the water was so nice and warm we really enjoyed the pool even tried the weight room.Ashley at the front desk was sooo nice. Hotel was very clean and smelled so fresh.Really liked having coffee down in the lounge was a very nice touch.

The only thing I really didn't like to much was the bathroom door was very heavy to slide open and close can't imagine older people or little kids trying to open and close nice touch though but maybe door doesn't have to be so heavy.

The room was very clean! We had all the hot water we needed for the shower. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was a good bonus! My daughter loved the salt water pool. Although the pool room was too cold for me(11/29-12/1), the pool water was very warm. They were very accommodating. And we loved the fact they are pet friendly since we brought our dog. Thank you!!!

Excellent hot and cold breakfast, gym, bed, friendly, helpful staff. Heard no noise when in room. Appreciate being allowed to bring dog and being given first-floor room close to pet area. Rooms are large and nicely equipped. Good wifi. Great Location in beautiful town on water with stunning views, beautiful historic homes, good restaurants and outlet shopping. Upscale historic Portsmouth, NH is 10 miles south.

I can’t think of anything that is missing. You can relax knowing you will be well-accommodated.

The front desk staff were attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and clean - looked recently renovated. The hallways/common areas were bright and clean. I was travelling with a dog and appreciated the treat on arrival, as well as the green space and doggy bag stations outside. Would stay here again.

Did not honor booking.com rate and argued with me when I asked for a refund for the difference (almost $100). They said a manager would call me. Never did (twice). I never did get it. Very disappointed and although property and location were great, will not stay again.

Location was great for shopping, excursion to Portsmouth, excellent nearby restaurant (Roberts). Breakfast was nice with fresh fruit. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean

The hotel was close enough to Jenness beach and marginal way, also close to Hampton Beach. From a restaurant perspective, it was also very close to Portsmouth .

I used the laundry facility once and while the front desk did provide change, she omitted to provide me with detergent.
