The property was very close to the art galleries and exhibits. This was the case where you could NOT judge a book by its cover: Rough exterior but a charming when inside Room 6, marble tops on the bathroom and the dresser [both in the room]. The bathroom even had a tub and shower. Very QUIET and PEACEFUL

This motel was definitely worth the price. While it's not the fanciest place out there its definitely charming and the staff is pleasant. Our room was clean, and had a mini fridge, microwave, bed, dresser, arm chair, and a table with a couple chairs. Outlets were very accessible from the bed which was nice too. There were chairs outside to be able to sit in too which was great. A close drive to everything we wanted to see and house keeping made sure we had what we needed. Definitely would stay again!

We were bummed that the pool was closed, but understand that the owner is doing that as a covid precaution to protect himself, his staff, his guests, and his family. We totally understood his reasoning. Additionally the room could have been a bit brighter, but there is enough light to do everything you need easily.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was very good as it was unusually hot weather. There was lots of room, a fridge and microwave were in the supplied as well. The decor is a little dated, but we had a nice stay. We would stay there again for sure.

The room was clean including the bath, sheets and bed spread. The outside of the motel could use a little bit of attention. The couple that checked me in and out was very friendly and helpful. This location is so peaceful - you're very close to shopping and restaurants without being in the middle of things. The Kittery Trading Post is a great place to shop but I was disappointed that many of the outlets are now closed. You must eat at Bob's Clam Shack! The food and service were great.

I would have liked to see a deadbolt or chain on the door in addition to the lock on the knob.

My wife and I always have a great stay when we stay at the Northeaster. Cozy rooms, free WiFi and super close to the outlets in Kittery.

The staff was willing to meet me late to allow me to check in after their post to check in time. And was highly pleasant and accommodating. The room was neat and organized and comfortable. The pillow was a little more firm than my liking. But overall it was great stay. :-)

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I only needed basic accommodation (bed, shower, fridge) and this place was a perfect value. it was very quiet and the neighborhood felt safe. the hotel's location is only a couple minutes from either downtown (or old town) Kittery, as well as Portsmouth, NH.

I love the location of the property. It was a nice and clean room and the area was very quiet. Everything was very close by including restaurants and beautiful beaches! Awesome time .

Everything honestly. Raffi and Norsheen are wonderful hosts! The rooms are super cozy, the beds are comfortable, the air works, the bathroom is well maintained...it feels like you're staying at a friend's house. They even provide a ramp for heavy luggage or stairs if you prefer.

Clean simple room with all the amenities that were needed. Very close to all Kittery attractions while being on a quiet back stretch of town
