The room is clean and bright. The bed was comfortable and sheets were crisp and white. The pool was heated and clean. The view of the ocean from our balcony was partially blocked but you could still see the waves. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A few more towels in the bathroom and more towels available by the pool.

Modern feel and clean with an inviting atmosphere. The bar options on site and food trucks were convenient and fun. The sitting area in the front with gas firepits was great.

No closets/dresser in room. No spare pillow or blanket in room. No cable or local TV channels. We could only stream from our phones. We could not find an elevator in our building but I was directed to go to one??? The sink area in bathroom is small leaving no place to put bath essentials, toothbrushes, toothpaste, make-up etc. The walls seemed thin in our building. We could hear more than we cared for during our stay that did affect our sleep. I did not get the room I booked and guest services stated it was a booking.com error.

The location and the hotel was great! Dogs friendly is very appreciated and very confortable beds. The pool is beautiful and the staff is kind

The cleaning is not on point, No coffee machine in the room and lack of storage space in the room The two pools are superb but too much people and the water is not well controlled. We didn’t want to bathe.

Everything was clean staff was very nice Right on the beach

On the picture they show a fire pit with chairs, there was none If you going to charge 300$/ night at less have my room done everyday and cleaned and provided me with toilet paper. I get better service in Cuba

We had an ocean front. The view was awesome. The rooms were updated and modern. The beds were super comfy. Overall it was a great getaway. It had a slightly festive vibe without being too noisy.

The pool area looks absolutely nothing like the picture. Take away anything green and the pool bar resembled a food truck by the pool.

We found parking easily to check into our room. The room was clean, updated, and well lit. The bed was comfortable. Our first floor room had a private balcony. We brought sound machine so the noise from other rooms/outside late night or early morning did not bother us.

The staff was AMAZING and so welcoming!!! Our room was very clean. Pool was great and location of across the street from the ocean was good. Everything was very clean. Grounds were well maintained and rooms seem very new and updated.

Didn't realize there was no cable. We also booked an ocean view and our room was in the back....we could barely see the ocean from our balcony. We were also on the first floor....it was VERY noisy when people were upstairs. They were up until after 11 and awake at 5am banging around. Wish we had been on a higher floor.

Was very impressed with my room view & the updated look of the room. Early check-in isn’t available but they will give anyone a parking pass to use the pool for the day while waiting. The pool area with on-site bar & food was awesome! We had an issue with our sliding door but was fixed within 24hours; the staff was super nice.

There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. There were also no fitted sheets on the bed which was a little odd but like most things they said it was a manufacturer issue. There’s a small rug in the room I suggested they remove simply because it just trapped sand & dirt & made the floor dirtier.

Not an issue for me, but if you want a beach facing room that is accessible without stairs, you are limited to first floor. But I think they make that clear.
