Offered a "King" room on the ground floor in lieu of the "Queen" reserved on an upper floor when the desk staff saw that we were seniors and it would be more convenient to have a ground floor room. Extremely considerate. Room was descent in that it is an older property, slightly updated. Clean. Spacious. Safe. Breakfast the usual "Continental Buffet". Adequate and reasonable selection. Fresh. Well lighted and convenient parking (free). Convenient, but a tad tricky off the interstate location (road resurfacing activities required careful attention to turn off). Will return next time through the area. Didn't use the pool, but saw that others did, so it's an amenity that might interest some.

More updates, but this would likely increase the price, so fair trade off for non-demanding guests.

Easy check in, easy check out, continental breakfast was good and a wide variety of food, beds and pillows were comfortable, cleaner than more hotels, receptionist was so kind, sweet and helpful.

The other guests were super loud, house keeping only came if we requested it.

A lovely warm courteous welcome, clean carpark area and lovely reception area. A quick check in and easy access to our lovely spacious room, with a spacious bathroom with every facility needed. Very quiet, we slept very well in the very comfortable bed and a good buffet breakfast. It's ideally located, some very nice areas to explore, some very good restaurants 10 - 15min drive and an ideal location for a 75min drive to Boston Logan Airport

Nothing all was excellent

My husband had an unexpected work call and the staff was able to get us in 4 hours early with a nominal fee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location does not claim to be scenic but it is well situated off the Rt 1 bypass for visits to the Kittery/Portsmouth area.

I liked the price for what I received. Will definitely be staying here again

The WiFi was rather slow and at times did not work at all, wasn’t that big of a deal due to minimal time spent in the room

Hotel/Room/ Clean & Comfortable, Breakfast Nook Clean & Well Stocked

This Ramada Property closes its Indoor Pool from October to May, when guests would have utilized it. Both Bathrooms in the Breakfast Nook were OUT OF ORDER. The water pressure and temperature control knob were poor.

The shower was great ,nice amenities ..The young lady servicing the room was nice and hospitable. .

Dusty room. My bed had something that was biting me..Our air conditioner had mold as well as the refrigerator

Breakfast was good and the room was clean however very dated. Room was clean and tidy.

Ice machine was out of order and should be fixed. The sign attached to the ice machine looked to have been there for a while. For the price of hotel rooms these days this is unacceptable and should be repaired tout suite. This probably does hold up to the Ramada standard.

Housekeeping staff was friendly and did an exceptional job keeping the rooms and facility clean.

No one at front desk and no sign. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up after we rang the bell for assistance.

The location was really convenient. The night clerk that checked us in was amazing. We rode in on motorcycles and it was pouring rain. She gave us a dry plastic to park.

Honestly, my only issue was with the breakfast. There were no protein options. All sugary carbohydrates.
