I've traveled all over the US and while getting one or two of the following is normal, all three is pretty unheard of: The hotel was very clean. I didn't see dust, mildew, or mold anywhere unlike several places I've been. The staff was both friendly AND efficient. This is usually enough to overcome other shortcomings at a hotel, but when there's nothing to overcome it's still fantastic. The dining was great. Good service, good drinks, high quality food that tasted great and was cooked the way you ordered it each time. 10/10 in all three areas.

Donna the front desk manager was awesome. Gave us a water view room which unfortunately was blocked by huge salt barges - not the hotels fault! Food was good, drinks were good. Atmosphere exception, bathroom exceptional. They had valet service and valet parking.

Can't really think of anything - will stay here again!

The valet parking was very convenient as it was very cold that weekend. The valets and all the staff were friendly and pleasant. The coffee tea station was a 10 by itself.

Came back early from a Christmas party and the bar was closed at about 11. Would have been nice if it stayed open later.

The staff was fantastic. We had to leave a day early for an emergency and they could not have been more accommodating.

The AC was Little loud but was fine when we turned the fan down.

Upon arrival dirty towel hanging in bathroom, queen sheets with holes in them on king bed, as well as queen blanket on king bed. No tv remote in room, dust all over window ledge. while room was pretty, the tv is too far away from bed and the “kitchen” chairs are definitely not comfortable to sit in for long. there were no comfortable places to sit in the room other than on the bed. Due to lack of carpet/upholstered furniture, everything was echoing in the room. Key card for parking did not work, had to call hotel twice from across street to get someone to come let us and another car out of lot.

Breakfast was excellent and the service was great.

Don't think there was anything negative that I have to say about the Sheraton Waterfront.

Paying for parking when we paid $400 for a room, which was half the price the following day.

Great hotel in the perfect location. Walk to everything. Beautiful city. We will be back to visit.
