The breakfast was very good, with many options. Personally, I don’t need three TVs going while I eat breakfast though. The room had been recently renovated and was in excellent condition. There was room for a small sofa and coffee table in addition to the furniture you would expect.I like that the sink was not in the same room as the shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi worked well.

Noisiest HVAC unit in the world. Even earplugs didn’t help!

Cool blue halls, hot breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, new, nice quality sculpted black and blue carpet, clean, good water pressure in the shower, effective A/C.

Room too warm and hard to regulate thermostat, wild orange curtains, but only on 2nd floor, so perhaps being phased out. Bed sheets very thin. Great TV but no menu so had to go through every channel to make a choice.

The facilities were excellent! They had everything you might want or need from a pool to a small business center to a mini shop and laundry. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well organized with places to plug in chargers near the bedside.

I would have liked breakfast to last longer than 10 am for people like us who want to sleep a bit later on weekends

The location and the price were decent.

Breakfast needs to be served later for those of us on vacation we don’t want to have to set an alarm to have breakfast. Maybe to 11:00 would be better. The whole reason for vacation is to relax. Plus the selection was a bit weak.

This property is located very close to I-95 & US 1. It also is on a well maintained access road with a large hospital and corporate offices. It is quiet in the morning and has great sidewalks for a good morning run.

Located right off the traffic circle. Easy to find. Front desk staff very polite. Breakfast had a variety of choices and was well stocked. Quick ride or 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Pricing was excellent for the area.

Housekeeping services for our room were minimal. We stayed 5 1/2 days but our room was only cleaned on the fourth day of our stay.

The room was extremely spacious and clean, the location just minutes away from the main strip of downtown Portsmouth, and the customer service was exceptional. I believe the woman who checked us in was named Jean (I hope I got that right), she was fantastic!

WAs very good, good variety everyone could find things they liked.

The motel was in the area we wanted to be the next morning and it served breakfast so was perfect for our needs for that area of our trip. We rented 3 rooms for our group were pleased with the accommodations.

Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was great.
