The location of the property was perfect, you are able to walk to almost any location downtown.

The property was amazing, there was nothing we didn’t like! We had the chance to rent an igloo at the rooftop restaurant Envio, so much fun!

The rooms and bathrooms were modern and very clean. I liked that staff was right at the desk even though we checked in late, 11pm! And they were very kind.

Beds were too firm. No cups or carafes in the hydration station. Parking on street was a surprise. Valet was too expensive. I’m sure in the summer parking is real tough. I disliked the $25 destination charge. We ended up buying snacks in a hurry before we left.

The staff were amazing and so helpful! also the room was spotless, modern, and perfect for a bday treat for myself and to have friends come by.

lack of parking

The location was excellent. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. We will stay again!

The design/art in common spaces was very interesting. The breakfast was fabulous with different options.

The room was dark. Perhaps the dark gray wallpaper,woodwork and flooring could have been lightened up. Also we paid extra for a ocean view but it was mainly a construction zone, salt pile and a little bit of water.

The breakfast was just exceptional. Worth saving your $25 credit for.

The parking situation. It used to be free parking at the onsite car park but some one at the hotel decided it would be better to charge $40 valet instead. The on the road parking is very expensive. The options are valet for $40 or find somewhere tk park far away.

We were traveling with another couple, one of whom ended up in the hospital for three days. Through Booking.com the cost of the hotel rooms were listed as nonrefundable. We've had to eat the cost even though I canceled the other room as soon as I was aware of the situation. That alone would prevent us from returning.

Staff was very nice. New hotel with modern look, nice furniture. Hotel overall was clean and inviting.

Breakfast was advertized as a buffet, but we, in fact, had the option to order 3 types of meals, with a limited choice of other foods at the buffet. Parking was an issue, as we had the choice between valet parking at 40$, or parking in the streets. We stayed for 4 nights, but room was made only once during our stay, and our basket was not emptied for the whole stay.

Hotel was typical of Marriott with attractive facilities and a clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the roof top bar area.

Parking became an issue and we ended up with a parking ticket. I did not like that there was a $25 fee added to the room bill that we would be credited if we purchased something within the hotel.
