Sheets had a stain. Requested they be changed. This was done. I asked the person who changed the sheets to bring bar soap to have by the sink. This was never delivered. The next day I asked the front desk for the soap. I was told they were out of bar soap but could use the body wash that was in the shower.

Beds were super comfy, front desk employee was very friendly and helpful; nice big room, well equipped. Nice to have a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good -- nice to have more than just "continental" options.

Oven was dirty and pans were greasy-- definitely needed a cleaning! Also, no blanket for the couch bed. Pricey for a Saturday night stay.

When checking in on Friday - the front desk clerk was unfriendly and unpleasant. The Sunday morning desk clerk was quite welcoming and friendly.

Being able to have a full kitchen was so great for our family.

When we booked this our stay this year we were thinking laundry was complimentary like it was last year and when we arrived we were told it was 2 dollars to wash and 2 dollars to dry which deterred us from using the laundry facilities entirely. The only other thing that made things a little inconvenient was not having a working phone in our room to be able to contact the front desk for new towels or bathroom necessities we had to go down the 4 floors by stairs or elevator.

I appreciated being the room right out the elevator. Room was beautiful and well stocked for meals.

The gentleman that checked me in was kind of rude. Very cold and monotone like a telemarketer reading a script. I walked in and he never looked up. He asked me how he could he help me and I said yes checking in. No warm welcome or greeting. Just cold as if he didn’t like his job.

Comfortable, quiet location off major highway but felt like you were in the countryside.

Breakfast staff unattended. She was having personal conversation with someone in dining area while all breakfast items got emptied and not replenished. Cold coffee first thing in AM yuk

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations!!! The pool and gym were exceptionally clean and the outdoor areas had wonderful scenery. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very spacious and the kitchenette made our trip much more convenient. Erin and Priscilla at the front desk were amazing throughout our whole stay!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Everything was awesome!!! The only thing that was an issue was the breakfast would run out and would take a while to be refilled. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!!!!!

Check in!-Reception was wonderful. We were greeted warmly- It was fast and friendly. I want to thank them for making our experience pleasant and welcoming. It makes all the difference after a long day. Loved the warm cookies. Our room was clean and very cozy with all the amenities. Bed was comfy. We will definitely stay again!

Honestly, I could not say anything negative. We were going to stay in town. So glad we ventured a bit further because we discovered a great place to stay! Parking was a breeze. Loved the setting and location.

Spacious ! Very comfortable ! Staff was awesome ! The two guys who run the front desk are great!!

The tv needs to be positioned better only one person can see it from the bed. Other then that nothing !!

Front desk was very helpful and kind. I loved that they had a specific dog area with doggie bags available. Good breakfast. Omelets were delicious.
