The building was clean and bright. Our room, although small, was meticulous and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and well stocked. The shower maintained a consistent temperature (most hotels for not), so that was pretty awesome. Plenty of seating in the room. The parking lot was very clean and felt safe. We stayed during a weekend and the hotel was booked up, but it was still quiet and calm. The location is almost right in the outlets, and only one building away from a Dunkin Donuts. The staff is polite and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, if you are expecting a small budget conscious place! Overall, very clean, safe, quiet, and the staff is wonderful.

The rooms were on the smaller side, but not too small. The television was small and kept defaulting to giant spanish language closed captions every time we turned it off and on. That was also really not much of an issue, either. We loved it here!

The room was somewhat updated and had a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave and coffee maker. Air conditioning works very well and we felt very comfortable and safe. You can tell the area gets heavy use during the summer months, but I felt everything was clean and met our expectations. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was much better than we had expected. Very cool that it is pet friendly even though we did not bring our four-legged family members. I liked parking right outside our door. Also the pool was wonderful with very comfortable patio furniture.

The pricing was great. Accommodations were good. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff is polite and courteous. The sheets were clean and there were plenty of towels. The rooms were quiet. The exterior was clean. It appears they are updating the facility.

The comforters were stained. The tub drain was clogged in the second bathroom. The carpeting was worn. The curtains needed to be cleaned.

Outdated, in need of updates. a bit humid, but a/c was working. breakfast, except the yogurt. would definitely stay again, just need a place to sleep/settle after full day out at beaches and exploring.

The highlight was the employee, Jay Patal. who called after we left saying that another guest had turned in my husband's wallet which we had lost - with no idea where! This fine man mailed the wallet, completely intact with over one hundred dollars in it and all the ID and credit cards. We are so grateful for his exemplary honesty and kind gesture! Ann Gwilliam

Great location near the Kittery Outlets and a short drive to York and Ogunquit Beaches. Nice three bed unit with two baths. Refrigerator and microwave were very nice to have. Excellent shower temp and water pressure. Worked great for our family. Our daughter loved the pool.

Breakfast time was a bit early for us finishing at 9:15am. Outlets available only on the table lamps didn’t work well due to the shape of our mobile phone chargers.

- plastic knives at breakfast were so weak that hardy anything could be done with them - the double (queensize) bed was quite small

Only thing I didn’t like was the little fridge was making a weird noise . I slept with earbuds so it didn’t keep me from sleeping.

We were very impressed with how clean the whole place was. Breakfast was fine would just like to see some fruit added to the mix. Room was very comfortable. Location was great if you want to shop the outlets. We did not. Also not far from other attractions and the ocean.

The place was safe, nothing fancy, but very nice and a polite and helpful staff. Also, I drive an EV and there is a bank of Electrify America Level3 chargers right across the street!! Very nice!
