Helpful, courteous staff! GREAT location! Wonderful breakfast offerings! Extra outdoor facilities that were unexpected and appreciated!

A little updating could help.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and for the most part comfortable. Everything was in working order. The bathroom was spotless and modern. The location was very close to restaurants, attractions, the beach & shopping. The grounds were well kept. The pool was very clean with plenty of seating and tables.

The bed was not very comfortable. We had a restless night. The pillows were flat. And the towels were very thin. The chairs around the table sat too low for the height of the table. You couldn't possibly use the table to eat a meal or snack. There is no inside area to eat the breakfast they offer. You need to carry a tray to your room. There are tables outdoors, but it was too cold to sit there.

Very clean. Staff was friendly and the facility as a whole is very accommodating.

What I liked: The wonderful and very pleasant staff, the cleanliness, all the thoughtful touches around the property and the complimentary breakfast. It is a lovely place to stay at this price point. You can tell the owners have put in a lot of effort, and want their visitors to enjoy their stay.

It’s hard to say what I didn’t like, but if I had to be picky, I could say there were not enough hangers. Also, could have some hooks in the tall closet to hang items from. The coffee at breakfast was a little bland for my taste. It is complementary, and I appreciate that it is personal preference.

Clean! Staff, location

Towels were thin,small,and had frayed edges. Kleenex was poor quality.no phone no pen and paper. Our last night, evening guests checked into the room next to ours who were loud the entire night,and smoked outside our window even though there was a no smoking policy. With no phone in the room,wasn’t sure how to reach the office that closed at 6pm again the facility was very good but not all of the guests were

The owners/managers were very attentive and very friendly. We had an issue with our room upon arrival, and they were able to resolve the situation with minimal trouble, despite the place being almost fully booked. Everything was very clean and the homemade baked goods at breakfast were tasty.

The initial room we were booked into was musty and seemed like the AC wasn’t working properly. However, they assured us that was not normal and switched us into a lovely room immediately.

This is a great little motel, with a nice clean pool within easy view of all the rooms (which is good if you have small children). The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests - no matter how inane. The room was clean, and well appointed, and the location is great, just up the road from the footbridge to the main beach, and situated just a minute or two from the shops, gas station, entertainments, etc between Wells and Ogunquit. The motel also provides a free breakfast for all its guests, including muffins, coffee, toast, fruit and a variety of other staples.

My only gripe is that, with the kids, there were four of us staying in the large room, but the bathroom felt small and cramped - especially when trying to help kids with teethbrushing etc. But this is only minor as it seems much the same in most motels.

It's the ideal place to stay if you just want an affordable and clean place to sleep when traveling. I was happy with the breakfast, and enjoyed eating on the picnic table in the nice weather.

Not that it's a huge problem, but if the weather is really bad I'm not sure how breakfast would work out. There's not enough room in the office area if many people wanted breakfast at the same time and the walk to your room is outdoors in the weather since it's a motel.

The property has some nice upgrades. They have clearly put some time and effort into maintaining an older motel. Everything is clean! The breakfast is great. The staff was lovely.

The location is convenient to Ogunquit and Wells. The struggle is with parking in Ogunquit which is costly and hard to find. The property is too far from Ogunquit to walk there. The Trolly wasn’t yet running over Memorial Day. Parking at the property itself is plentiful.

This location is excellent. The rooms are clean and have everything you could need for a pleasant stay, including a refrigerator, microwave and toaster. The bed is comfortable and the TV offers an excellent selection of channels. I love the gas grill option as well, with a nice picnic and BBQ area. The pool is clean and the perfect temperature for a hot summer day. This will always be my first option when staying in the area. GREAT FACILITY!
