It was a very quaint little hotel very close to where we needed to go. Staff was one woman and very nice and was able to accommodate my early check in. There was also free coffee. Room was clean and overall hotel was clean and quiet. (Although the quiet part could be due to off season)

My room didn't have a window. Which really wasn't anyone's fault. The pillows and mattress were also very very soft, which isn't great when you have a bad back. I sort of sunk into the mattress.

It’s in the perfect place to visit all my favorite places in Wells and Ogunquit and Kennybunkport. Candy store and several eateries within walking distance and the ocean barely 2 miles away. The staff was accommodating and kind!

I have only stayed here once but I stayed in a corner queen room with no balcony access. The floor was tilted and the position of the bed made it feel like I was sleeping on a hill. It was kinda small. I know I went at peak season but it was expensive.

The convenience in lication, the price

That our fridge had so much ice in it the door wouldn't stay shut, however they replaced it but this one was totally understand level you couldn't open the door so we found flyers in the entry area & propped it up. Then the TV didn't work & we had to call someone. A nice gentleman came & fixed it.

The perfect spot for a little getaway with a friend. The rooms were clean and cozy, the location was the best, and we would definitely stay again. We actually spent a fair amount of time in our room, and can attest to the cleanliness. The Wi-Fi was good, cable tv selections were also nice. You can see the walkway railings have recently been replaced and it was in full functionality again.

The staff is always nice, the other guests are always respectful. The beds are very comfortable and the overall setting of the property is inviting snd comfortable.

Not every room has a window. while still comfortable paying attention to that detail when booking is important.

Room very comfortable and clean. Standard room with refrigerator. No frills, perfect for overnight stay.

No overhead fan in bathroom. Some outlets in the room didn’t work. Coffee making facilities in lobby but not in room

It was a great stay except for 1 thing, the bed frame is starting to let go, but otherwise always a good stay!

The room was set up nicely, and it was clean.

The shower and sink didn't work well .It was very hard to get any warm water and turn either one off.

The staff was accommodating for late check in. Room was clean.

Parking all the way in the back when pouring rain. Room key was not in the mailbox but was sitting on the desk inside the lobby.

The room was as advertised, clean and ready. The owners are working hard during the off season to bring the facility up to a higher standard. There were a few cosmetic deficiencies but it looked like they have a handle on it. Overall very pleased with our stay and the help of the employees.

A microwave in room would be great. Would have liked to have coffee before we set off but can understand during off season you can't have everything.
