The room was clean, with laminate floors and metal platform beds. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable! The staff were friendly and quick to respond to our needs. It was in a great location with access to restaurants, stores, mini golf, and short drives to the beaches in Oqonquit and York. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and this was a good value for the money.

The only thing I would caution about is that it is on a busy noisy main road as most of the lodgings in that area are. If you book a room, ask for a room facing the back instead of facing out toward the main road.

Room was clean and more spacious than I was expecting. A/C worked perfectly, which was the most important thing to me.

Location wasn't ideal if you don't have a car. We came in by train and then took the York County shuttle to a nearby stop, and for the majority of our walk from the shuttle stop to the inn, there was no sidewalk. Obviously not the inn's fault, but worth taking into account for anyone planning on going to Wells. The shower also required you to hold the drain stopper mechanism open in order to drain. I don't think it was broken, it felt more like it had just been installed wrong. Not the end of the world, though.

The location was closer to the beach without paying the extra money for being in a motel on the beach, we had everything we needed in the area where the hotel is. The room was clean and nice and the housekeeping seemed friendly.

The fridge and microwave in the room were late 80's style and the fridge was noisy because it was so old, not a huge issue of course, just the wood style of the appliances didn't really match the room.

I arrived to check in and was informed that i booked 2 different rooms between 3 days. the USA Inn representative was quite helpful in correcting the issue and got me in one room for all 3 days. I don't think I would have done that error on Booking.com. The only other issue was that there were mold stains on the bottom of the curtain that left a moldy smell throughout the room. Other than those 2 small issues, I had a wonderful time in Maine 🥰

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and kind. Made the mistake of keeping the do not disturbed sign on our door so by the time we came back housekeeping was gone for the day. They tried to get us fresh towels but didn't have a key.

There was construction going on so taking a nap was out of the question. However we understand that upkeep is important. Also

There wasn’t anyone at the desk upon arrival and had to message the booking website to see if someone was available. Also, website states they are 4,450 from beach, they are about 4 miles from the beach

Location in center of town and excellent access to interstate! They provided me with the first floor I needed! One block from the famous Mike's restaurant

The lady at the front desk was very accommodating. We had problems with the first room the TV didn't work. She quickly moved us to another room.

Booking.com did not pass on my request for handicap accessibility with grab bars in the bathroom.

Close to restaurants and beach

The toilet worked a little strange .. and the hdmi cable from the direct tv box to the tv was unplugged when we got there but the guy from the front desk help us figure it out. He was helpful!

The room was spacious and clean. The microwave, and fridge were a nice surprise. Although not walkable to beaches, it was conveniently located between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit and many local attractions.

It did not have amenities like a pool etc, but we wanted a good value, and this was within our budget and met our needs.
