My king room was toward back of property away from rte.1. Like the brand of coffee in room.

They allow pets. The 1st of my 3 nights I hardly slept cause of barking dogs in next room.

Close to the main road, shopping and eateries. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Property is clean and well maintained. Room has every appliance that you’d normally need while being away from home for a few days.

Wifi quality is very poor. Disconnects every now and then. You need to provide your personal email id to get access to wifi. Does not allow hotspot to play firestick on tv. Wifi service makes this place not quite suitable for business related stay. Hot water supply is not satisfactory. On Monday morning the shower ran out of hot water. Water comes out the shower and the sprout at the same time.

It’s certainly real. Clean. Comfortable beds. Clean carpeting. Linens and pillows were great. Plenty of towels. Great shower.

The pool was either being repaired or fixed in some manner and that blow drying sound was going leaving now for all the days we stayed at the property. We couldn’t stay outside on the terrasse for long. If I stayed again I’d ask for a room far from highway one and the pool Off because I did say away from noise and then was in the first few doors on highway one. Also the ice machine didn’t work. Does it work ?

The cabin was nice very comfortable. The staff was Very nice and very knowledgeable of the area!!

We had A LOT of long hair in our bathroom everywhere!!!! The bathroom was Not very clean. but the worst thing was there was no walkway from the parking area to the cabin so you had to walk to the grass which was wet at night. You got grass all over your shoes and wet shoes. They need to put some sort of walkway in. Even our neighbors in the next cabin said the same thing.!!!

New owners who were very pleasant and wanted to be sure our room and the property met expectations. The property was clean and it looked like new bedding and paint. Beds were very comfortable. We traveled with our dog so had a pet friendly room, but you could not tell a pet had ever been in there. They also provided bags all around the property if needed to pick up poop and there was plenty of grass to walk. Nice soap, shampoo and lotion provided. Really great room for the price!

The bathroom sink could have had some counter space, but that was a minor inconvenience.

It was very clean and had almost a neighborhood feel. Liked the pool area and the fact that there were some grills outside to use. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows.

The pool area is too close to the main road. It’s too bad they didn’t put it more towards the back of the property. The bathroom had a weird layout and the toilet paper roll was oddly far away from the toilet. It’s strange that they didn’t think to put it right next to it where there was an open space. Very minor dislikes..

The Anchorage Inn and Cottages was lovely. We first stayed in July. We had rented through VRBO a home in a neighboring town. The home turned out to be dirty and we could not stay. My husband has health issues and he could not stay in a home with horrible air quality and dirt. We found the Anchorage had availability for us, our family and our family dog. The rooms were spotless. Staff was amazing. They were sympathetic to our situation and they saved our vacation. We stayed one night in late September while visiting our daughter at UNH in Durham, NH. Anchorage will be our new go to place when we visit this area of NH and Maine.

The only thing they may want to add are some umbrellas near the grilling area. In July we grilled one afternoon and the shaded areas to sit and eat were filled. The benches near the grill had full sun. Otherwise the place in perfect.

You couldn't beat the price for the location. We booked the Inn couple hours before we arrived! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful! They are pet friendly with a $35 pet fee, which was incredible! They have dog waste stations around the property!The room and property was clean and pleasant! Honestly the hotel shower was incredible! We were so surprised!

The bathroom was a little musty smelling but nothing bad at all. It still felt clean.

We loved having our own little cottage. Traveling with our dog who provides service to us for hearing purposes as we both struggle with hearing. She tends to bark at noises when staying in connected rooms, so this was a perfect spot for us to enjoy a quiet stay. The pool area was really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire park was clean and comfortable to walk around even at night.

The grills could be upgraded. They were old and overworked. They didn't light unless using a lighter, which made us a little nervous.

Clean place and well maintained. The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable, Good location, near main restaurants. Peaceful and quiet in the evening, which makes for a relaxing vacation.

A dehumidifier was needed in addition to the air conditioning to make the air comfortable. It was very noisy. Also, we were not allowed to plug a toaster to make our own breakfast in the morning. The clerk said that the electricity circuits could not handle the load.
