This is a great little motel, with a nice clean pool within easy view of all the rooms (which is good if you have small children). The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests - no matter how inane. The room was clean, and well appointed, and the location is great, just up the road from the footbridge to the main beach, and situated just a minute or two from the shops, gas station, entertainments, etc between Wells and Ogunquit. The motel also provides a free breakfast for all its guests, including muffins, coffee, toast, fruit and a variety of other staples.

My only gripe is that, with the kids, there were four of us staying in the large room, but the bathroom felt small and cramped - especially when trying to help kids with teethbrushing etc. But this is only minor as it seems much the same in most motels.

The property has some nice upgrades. They have clearly put some time and effort into maintaining an older motel. Everything is clean! The breakfast is great. The staff was lovely.

The location is convenient to Ogunquit and Wells. The struggle is with parking in Ogunquit which is costly and hard to find. The property is too far from Ogunquit to walk there. The Trolly wasn’t yet running over Memorial Day. Parking at the property itself is plentiful.

Staff were very friendly, heated pool was open and very clean, room was very clean and comfortable; just enough at continental breakfast for early morning, but wish it lasted longer than 9AM. The motel was so close to many attractions!! We are returning again in a couple weeks on our way to Boston!! We would definitely recommend this place!!

I wish that the fan in the bathroom wasn't connected to the light, as I use the light with door mostly closed for a nightlight.

The staff and management treated my sister and I so well. Everyone one was so friendly and accommodating. From a member of housing keeping coming across the parking lot to pick up my key that I dropped , to the warm and welcoming b'fast crew. They are amazing. I loved the. blueberry scones with peanut butter on them( really yummy)kindness abounds here. Prices are reasonable. I will definitely stay here agai

Absolutely nothing

We were happy with everything. A couple things had broke and were fixed immediately. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We hope to return in the future. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Nothing that I can think of. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did miss having a clock in our room but we did fine.

The room was very neat and comfortable. The furniture seemed modern. It had many electric plugs and USB plugs. There were several trash cans and tissue boxes. There was a toaster, microwave, and refrigerator. The property is large with a pool, playground, beautiful gazebos, and many grills available. We enjoyed walking around the property many times for our daily exercises. Someone was doing his weight lifting outside in the morning. It is a gem that deserves a try.

Everything was great! The room had everything we needed. It was neat and tidy! The bed was evry comfortable. The location was perfect. The breakfast was an added bonus! Thanks for making our tiime with our son so special!

Everything was great except the boy in the room next to us threw his ball against the wall at night when we were trying to sleep, and they kept swiping our outside chairs. Those were minor things. We are hoping to be back soon!

The location was great. Quiet at night. A couple friends visited us one day, and there were no complaints or problems with parking their car in the yard. Clean and reasonably comfortable accommodations. Very nice breakfast and good coffee.

Kids on scooters were not being careful or respectful and were not being monitored by their parents. It would be nice if the office set some behavior standards for them. In the last year, I had both hips replaced, and I would have appreciated fewer scooters and bikes flying around, especially during breakfast.

That it was clean and the air conditioner worked.

Bathroom sink drain broken. Reported to be fixed date arrived 8/21 as trouble getting the sink to drain (time wasted trying to brush teeth, etc) and not fixed as of 8/26 when we checked out. Breakfast included was coffee and some type of muffins or coffee cake to eat back in room or at an outdoor picnic table.

The homemade breakfast was outstanding. Fresh muffins, scones and baked beans. Dining area outside in the shade was welcoming, clean and relaxing. The entire resort was extremely clean and quiet. Great pool are with enough sitting and lying opportunities. Several shaded spots. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms new and clean.
