Great location and fabulous outdoor swimming pool. Rooms were clean and spacious. Friendly staff.

There is no housekeeping for a three night stay. WiFi was very spotty. Air condition very loud and could not run at night or else couldn’t sleep. Services are a bit low compared to price point and service fee.

Loved the huge pool, and hot tub. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Received a text from the property offering 30% off if we wanted to extend our stay another night, we took the offer and let the kids have another pool day. This is definitely a property we will stay at again.

My group had 2 different rooms. One was a standard 2 queen room, and the other was the executive suite. The suite was amazing. The standard queen room could have used a little updating. It had a bit of a musty smell, and the carpets could have used a cleaning or replacement. My feet seemed dirty after walking around barefoot on the carpet. Wish there was some sort of continental breakfast.

The pool was excellent. The room was roomy and spacious.

Your booking site said that the daily resort fee of $20 per day was included, but I was charged for it. I tried calling both you and the resort at least two times each and I discussed it with the staff at both check in and check out, but I still have the $100 charge on my account. I would be totally happy if I could see a credit for this, but both you and the resort want to say it’s not their fault.

We have stayed here multiple times and been satisfied with the location and cleanliness. There is just a couple of suggestions which you will find in the 'didn't like' section.

We would just suggest that when the service is performed between guest that a little more attention to detail. We had to go to the office for hot cups as there was none left in the room for use with the coffee maker. The other item is a suggestion that the cleaning crew make an effort to shut off the alarm clock. We were awakened at 4am with the alarm clock going off. This is the second time it has happened. We will have to remember to check this when we arrive but guests should not have to.

I loved how much room we had , the property is very nice. It was very difficult to find a pet friendly hotel this time of year so I was very happy . The man who checked us in was very nice and helpful , they also have great discounts at local restaurants . The pool is great .

Our room didn’t have a microwave , and the area I had to walk my dog over to for her to use the bathroom was a bit out of the way to walk from our room . It’s behind the building and we were in front .

Pool, availability of coffee and tea, bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Great water pressure. Staff were professional, pleasant and helpful.

Could have used an extra chair in the room. Used outside chair for TV viewing. Possibly could use a rug outside door to wipe feet before entering room. Not sure how carpet is cleaned between guests. Air conditioning was adequate for most days except on really hot and humid days.

Excellent Property. Ginormous outdoor pool with cabanas and loungers. Spacious hot tub. Cute grounds area with games and picnic tables. Plenty of parking too.

Only minor critique is the 1x time I used the ice machine on the first floor there was no ice scooper. Maybe they were washing it at that moment, or prob someone left it inside the bin which then filled with ice. Suggest putting a bin outside for the scooper storage.

Very large room with extremely comfortable beds. Air conditioner was quiet and worked great! The grounds were wonderful. A VERY large pool and hot tub, with plenty of chairs, tables and gazebos. There are two grills on property. The hotel is about 1 mile from downtown Ogunquit. There is a trolley that stops right in front of the hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations and we will definitely stay again.

The only downside to the beautiful pool was the noise from the street traffic. Not really a big deal.

The Check-in/Check-out staff were very welcoming and helpful with information. The room was clean - mattresses covered, the room warmed up, and ready. The location is very well situated to the town and ocean. Would go there again.

Despite the bathtub, there was no plug and no way to stop the drain. I need to take baths for health reasons, so this was a #1 problem, for me on my relaxing getaway. The light/fan arrangement in the bathroom is very noisy and since they are tethered together turning on the light is loud. The TV had no directions and we could not play a movie. An actual smart TV would enable us to sign in to our accounts (e.g., Netflicks) or stream from our devices. Other than the bath, we were able to find suitable work-arounds.

The suite was spacious and well-appointed. The location was easy to get around town. My sleep quality was good. The pool is huge and gets loads of sun all day. Parking was never an issue, there were plenty of spots.

I didn't realize the "water view" meant that you could only see water in the distance...and only when standing up. The suite doesn't get sunlight in the afternoon. The cleaner didn't do a great job of cleaning. The whirlpool tub doesn't have functional jets.
