Location was perfect. Right across the street from the marginal way entrance and I’m walking distance of beach, restaurants and Perkins cove. Big room with kitchenette

No elevator for second floor if needed. When needed to request something from front desk, had to call sister property bc front office was closed.

The location can not be better. In walking distance to the beach, Ogunquit center and Perkins Cove are both in walking distance. Marginal way entrance is across the street. Plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to. Very quiet hotel.

We were told we would receive daily room service when we checked in. We were there 5 days. We never received room service. We had to go to the service desk for bath towels. Our air conditioner was leaking on the floor. They tried to fix it twice. Was not fixed.

Excellent swim and hot tub location!!! Fully equipped kitchen! Most comfortable sleeper sofa I have ever experienced!!!!!!!! Other beds also comfortable! Beautiful view!

Ring in toilet could only see when u are standing back. Pool and hot tub are a little decaying.

We loved our studio room. We were able to have breakfast in and sit at a regular table. We also had full access to cooking supplies when we decided to eat in. The beds and blankets were super comfortable and both us felt very well rested in AM. The location was perfect!!! The beautiful Marginal Way was amazing and it right out our front door. We were in walking distance to everything and also on the trolly line. We never had to drive anywhere during our stay.

The location was excellent! The Seacastle Resort is right across the street from the Marginal Way. We walked/ran the beautiful seaside trail both days we were there. The restaurant choices were excellent, we loved Maine Catch down the street from the Resort and Barnacle Billy's in Perkins Cove at the end of Marginal Way. Our suite was beautiful and so so comfortable. We spent morning coffee and evening happy hours on our balcony, watching the many people walking and enjoying Ogunquit.

We were on the third floor, and since there is not an elevator, it was tough on my arthritic knees. What was a little strange was a sign in the kitchenette that said if we didn't wash the dishes, there would be a $29 charge.

Very convenient location! The entrance for the Marginal Way is just across the street. The space in the loft apartment was good for a family and the kitchen was clean and more than adequate.

We realized in the morning that the shower curtain was missing but the staff came with one right after we notified them. The top sheet for the sofa bed had "drop cloth" written on it in ink- however, it was clean and intact so we didn't bother to tell them until we left.

Absolutely no complaints at all. Was surprised as how nice the room was, the location and we could walk to everything. Will stay there again.

When we arrived the office was closed and a note directed us to where the keys / registration would be. Because I knew the area, it was a simple and short detour to check it. If, however, I did not know the area, that could have been a problem. Arriving after closing hours should be better highlighted in any correspondence. On a scale of 1 to 10 , with 1 being the least, I would rate this check in problem as a 1 .

Location was convenient for walking to town and connect with Marginal Way. Despite being Winter, there were enough choices of restaurants and shops. Nice balcony, enjoyed ocean views from room and balcony, super yummy bed and bedding, party shower with rain shower head 👍. Spacious room with well stocked kitchen. Perfect setup for a longer stay.

Location is EXCELLENT! Outside appearance is very attractive seaside architecture. All rooms of the suite were ample size. Parking is convenient to room. We were invited to check in early at noon. The hotel was graciously accommodating to allow us to leave our car in their lot a couple of hours after checking out.

Some function and comfort limitations: Despite a large bathroom, there was no counter or shelf space for toiletries and only one small bar and one hook for towels. The bedroom had no light on one side of the bed, the bureau was only a wee higher than knee height, so awkward to use drawers. The kitchen and living areas had generous room sizes. The kitchenette had very little counter space and one double outlet to share between the counter light, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. There was a very small mini fridge at floor level that was awkward to get in. The second bed, besides the queen was a single in a small roll ot sofa. The sofa was small and not comfortable.

It’s near everything - shopping, restaurants, right across from the entrance to Marginal Way.

Nothing. It was pretty full but we didn’t hear and noise from the rooms above or below us. All of the restaurants and shops close around 9 or 10 pm so the road is also quiet around the time bedtime rolls around.
