I liked how accommodating they were and that they had so many things that we could use from an outdoor pool, grill areas, beach towels, floaties and more! They were very helpful with orientation of everything in town and had great recommendations on things to check out.

We had housekeeping come in and clean our room on our last day to help get some sand out and remove some of our trash. They removed the trash from the actual cans, but not the water bottles we had collected on one of the tables. It just felt like they forgot some things but it wasn't a big deal at all!

This is the second time we’ve stayed and we really like it. The beds are comfortable, the front desk staff is nice, check in is 2pm which is great so we have more day to spend there without figuring out what to do with our bags. We used both pools this time and they are small but well kept and great for the kids! The closeness and easy walk to the beach is really nice. Highly recommend and we’ll stay again.

Great property, two pools, one outdoor a second inside a stand alone building. The room was large with king bed which was comfortable. Clean. Very good value during week after Labor Day. Excellent restaurants right next to property. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks. Also there are BBQs there for use if one so wishes.

Only thing I can say is bath towels not large enough but that is personal thing.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, on the soft side but I like that. Staff was super friendly and quick with towel refresh when I asked. Was a 10 minute walk to the beach and several dining choices close by. Had grills and picnic tables to use, and chairs to sit outside. Was quiet, with no noticeable road noise, as it set back off main road just enough.

This is a small family owned property that is nicely kept and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A small fridge, microwave, great shower with sink outside of the bathroom. We walked to the beach two days and then came back and enjoyed the pool. We walked to dinner two nights, as well. The location is great! Not fancy but comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

The location was great many restaurants to choose from in the area. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned well.

The weather wasn't conducive for the outdoor pool so nobody was in that pool. The indoor pool I feel was a bit dirty. He needs to be cleaned more often, especially when outdoor pool is not being used.

Stayed at Bourne Ocean Acres for 4 nights in August. Very clean and spacious rooms, we liked the vanity separate from bathroom layout. Shower has excellent pressure and plentiful hot water. We also loved that it's quiet at night due to the rooms being recessed a couple hundred feet from the main road. Easy check in check out. We didn't use the pools. Walk to the beach is at least 10 minutes cause there in no straight path from the rooms. You have to walk to the main road and then take ocean st. to footbridge beach. If you want to take the car to the beach, the parking fills up by 9 am on a nice day, and it's 6$/hr or 35$/day. Bed was a nice king size, mattress on the hard side for our liking but good quality. Pillows are not the best but adequate. Room service does a good job and get you what you need promptly and with a smile. In sum, excellent value for a 2 star motel in Ogunquit, will stay again.

Location to beach and restaurants fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable.. very quiet property.. no parties or loud guests.. pool was pristine clean.. grounds comfortable with picnic tables and grills.. this is really a GEM of a spot and very reasonable $$ for Oqunquit! It really is perfect for a family or couple not looking for a party scene you can easily walk next door to bars and entertainment!

I've been coming here for the past 8 years. I started bringing my granddaughters for the past 4 years and they love it. An indoor and outdoor pool. 5 minute walk to the beach and so convenient to all parts of town.

I wish there was a washing machine like there used to be.

The grounds are well maintained .The room was very clean and the king bed is so comfortable. The staff is very friendly and very helpful in recommending resturants and attractions . When in Ogunquit this the place to stay.
