This is a small family owned property that is nicely kept and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A small fridge, microwave, great shower with sink outside of the bathroom. We walked to the beach two days and then came back and enjoyed the pool. We walked to dinner two nights, as well. The location is great! Not fancy but comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed at Bourne Ocean Acres for 4 nights in August. Very clean and spacious rooms, we liked the vanity separate from bathroom layout. Shower has excellent pressure and plentiful hot water. We also loved that it's quiet at night due to the rooms being recessed a couple hundred feet from the main road. Easy check in check out. We didn't use the pools. Walk to the beach is at least 10 minutes cause there in no straight path from the rooms. You have to walk to the main road and then take ocean st. to footbridge beach. If you want to take the car to the beach, the parking fills up by 9 am on a nice day, and it's 6$/hr or 35$/day. Bed was a nice king size, mattress on the hard side for our liking but good quality. Pillows are not the best but adequate. Room service does a good job and get you what you need promptly and with a smile. In sum, excellent value for a 2 star motel in Ogunquit, will stay again.

Location to beach and restaurants fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable.. very quiet property.. no parties or loud guests.. pool was pristine clean.. grounds comfortable with picnic tables and grills.. this is really a GEM of a spot and very reasonable $$ for Oqunquit! It really is perfect for a family or couple not looking for a party scene you can easily walk next door to bars and entertainment!

The grounds are well maintained .The room was very clean and the king bed is so comfortable. The staff is very friendly and very helpful in recommending resturants and attractions . When in Ogunquit this the place to stay.

Good value. Good coffee. Recreational equipment, though I didn’t get a chance to use it☹️ Contacts with staff were warm and pleasant. Comfortable layout of room so sleeping area was separated from dressing area and dressing area was separate from the bathroom.

? It suited my purposes well. Could probably use some updating, but that would probably make it less affordable.

The only drawback was noisy plumbing, probably from the Delta faucets. The sound of water from the unit downstairs was so loud I needed earplugs when the occupants arrived late. I've had experience with Delta faucets in my own house and their designers evidently make no effort to reduce flow turbulence, hence the noise.

We arrived late so I called beforehand, and the key was left in the door. We didn't encounter any staff, we left early. Rooms were clean, spacious, there was a fridge, a microwave, and coffee maker with all the supplies. We didn't use the pool, but it's open early until late. Our stay was definitely better than I expected.

Convenience, ease of check-in, cleanliness, quiet & good pool

The bracket for the iron fell off the wall because it wasn't properly attached and hadn't been repaired. The screen in the bathroom window was broken. The TV remote controller either had low batteries or simply wasn't capable of sending a signal more than a couple feet away from the TV. Unable to contact motel directly so had to book room using Booking.com

the staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the indoor pool as it was a little chilly out,Loved that the pool was open until midnight. nice outside picnic area. room was good size and the beds very comfortable.

The indoor pool was a great option especially at this time of the year. I also loved the location and the beds were comfortable. The location was outstanding and we walked to the beach (10 min. walk). We took the car to downtown where most of the shopping was and parked while we walked around.

There was sand or something granular on the table which had clearly not been wiped off. Also the indoor pool was a bit cold for our taste. The gentleman staffing the front desk was very helpful, although he didn't seem to know a lot about the area off the top of his head. He looked up anything we wanted to know though.
