Great location right at the end of Ogunquit, minutes from the Playhouse. Our ground floor room in the back was very nice, and overlooked a stream with ducks, and several gazebos and sitting areas; it was just lovely and felt very private. The room was very clean, and had a microwave, frig, sitting area with desk and loveseat. The area felt very safe, staff was very friendly. We appreciated the cable TV. Great value for a room in this area of town!

There weren't any sheer curtains underneath the heavy, blackout curtains, so when you woke up, you either had to keep the heavy curtains shut, or lose all privacy, as everyone walking by could see in. The bed was a bit firm for our taste, but that's a personal preference. There was no outlet cover over the outlet by the desk, which is a safety hazard. They also forgot to remove the plastic and wrapping from the desk chair legs. We would have appreciated an extra blanket for the bed, also. We stayed in Room #10.

So cozy and clean, felt so safe there. Such a great price as well, absolutely met our expectations. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! We definitely will be returning.

No good window views since it’s not near the ocean or anything, but we did see lots of bunnies and squirrels in the backyard!

Very helpful and informative manager and staff. Spotlessly clean room. Bonus - a screened balcony sitting area off the back of the room overlooking a forest. Perfect for morning coffee. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance, one of the main beach access points a short walk away. Pickup point for shuttle trolly to the center of Ogunquit close by.

Great location, close to the road, but quiet at night. Our room faced the river in the back, where there were chairs and gazebos, very cozy. Room was clean, great shower with strong hot water.

Although it was summer, I wish they still had winter blankets. And as all the hotels that time if the year - a bit pricey.

Clean, quiet and good location. Looks like rooms were newly renovated. Good showers, soft towels. Comfortable beds.

No condiments to go with the Kuerig machine. No tea bags.

The river in back is nice. Close to footbridge beach. Bed is comfortable. Front desk is helpful and accomodating.

The room smelled strongly of an odd air freshener as if it was covering something. I had to air it out. Decor is dated. Rear deck is a bit beat up. Right on the highway like many places in ogunquit.

It offered everything we needed. Very quiet. Nice place in the back to sit in the shade. Very close to the Footbridge entrance to Ogunquit Beach. Eggcellent breakfast at the Omlette Restaurant close by.

This is the cutest hotel I've stayed in and I travel for a living. (Medical) There is a kind of comfort there like I was back home and it made the stay very cozy. The bed spreads are like quilts you'd see at your grandmothers house on classic poster bed frames. And the room had coasting rocking chairs. It wasn't cold, modern and to me, stale and lacking of personality that you typically find at modern age hotels these days. The views of the trees behind the hotel were magnificent. The view is of towering pines and a beautiful creek with lounge areas. Now this hotel isn't as close to downtown as some may like but if you able and willing to walk a little ways, I think it's worth it for an affordable, cozy, hotel.

I was a little confused about what to do with my keys for checkout. The office door was locked and though I rang the bell, I didn't get a reply or reach anyone so I left the keys in my room. Perhaps the office could let the tenants know where to leave keys at checkout. But still, this wasn't at all a big deal.

The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It was convenient to all locations.

The mirrors in the room were to small.

The owner was lovely, one very small issue, and he immediately resolved it, This motel is easy to find, right on the main rd going thru town, yet very quiet. Never heard passing traffic. Our room had a nice porch, overlooking the little steam that runs thru the property. They have gazebos out back along with grills should you want to cook out, The room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. We slept well and felt very safe. I found it helpful that wall switches are all marked as to what they go to. I understand they're doing some updating, which will be nice. But even as it is, it has a homey New England feel to it. Always wanted to stay here, glad we made it happen on this trip!
