Updated comfortable rooms. Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Great location. Super clean. I absolutely love it here. This was my fourth time staying here and I’ll be back.

This Inn is located in a beautiful spot, overlooking an immaculate sprawling lawn and an estuary. Our room had a terrace so we could sit out at anytime of day. We enjoyed the mornings, listening to the birds and watching the tides going in and out. It’ s a perfect place to get in and out without the hub bub of traffic elsewhere in Ogunquit. We were two “women of wisdom” with mobility problems. The staff were exceptionally helpful and respectful They helped us with our luggage, both coming and going. They checked in with us every day to ask if we needed anything. We hope that we can stay healthy enough to be able to make this trip again

We loved everything about your hotel. Where our room was located provided a wonderful view of the river. It was quiet and peaceful, clean. We really were blessed having found your hotel and were extremely happy with our stay there and all the staff. It had been so very long since I took a vacation and staying at such a beautiful hotel made up for this. Keep up the exceptional service.

Some difficulty using stairs to get to the floor we were on. It was hard to carry our stuff up and down the stairs. However, the staff at the hotel were very, very helpful in assisting us. That was much appreciated. Breakfast was satisfying and though offerings were varied, wondering if more could be provided? Toilet did not have a safety bar or something to hold to help going down and up. I unfortunately have a back problem and both knees are shot. You probably have rooms that may accommodate this, but I did not ask - my bad!

We enjoyed the view from the balcony. We liked the room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The employees were welcoming and check in was easy.

No shade over the balcony when sitting out. The breakfast buffet was sadly disappointing. It could have been included in the price of the hotel or at least of better quality. We didn’t care for the coffee either. It would also be nice if there was a hot tub to soak in after a long day of walking.

The rooms were spread across multiple buildings, with room entrances inside. Each room shared a deck balcony with outdoor chairs and a table. The view was of a water cove with ducks, which was interesting and scenic. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was perfect for the room.

We had to walk down the steps a few levels to get to the building door. We were told breakfast was served in the main building for $18 each (Not a big problem because we rarely worry about free or other breakfast at hotels). Doors used physical keys (rare these days).

The room and the view were spectacular. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My son and his girlfriend went kayaking right outside our hotel room door! We love Maine and have stayed in many different towns, this was our first time staying in Ogunquit. We will most definitely be back!

When the room description said ground floor I thought it was first floor. Instead I had to go down a ramp and then stairs to get to my room with luggage and without the ability to use a luggage cart. I have an injured knee and it made getting to and from room challenging for me

I booked through Booking.com and requested to check in between 1-2:00. I was under the impression that we were getting a balcony room facing the river. In fact, when we checked in, they gave us a window view of the river, were not notified of an early check in and the cost was higher than theirs! They changed our room, and we checked in at 3:00 - later than thought but still okay. The view was beautiful, and the breakfast was good!

The location was great and staff was amazing! The price was reasonable which always makes it a great choice and the views from the back were gorgeous!

The first 2 rooms offered were not acceptable for any human. Especially someone with Asthma. The fumes from maintenance room next door of opoxy were unbelievable in the worst way. However, the gentleman at the desk made things right and moved us to a room with a great location and no smell and a nice clean room and bathroom which are too choice
