This Inn is located in a beautiful spot, overlooking an immaculate sprawling lawn and an estuary. Our room had a terrace so we could sit out at anytime of day. We enjoyed the mornings, listening to the birds and watching the tides going in and out. It’ s a perfect place to get in and out without the hub bub of traffic elsewhere in Ogunquit. We were two “women of wisdom” with mobility problems. The staff were exceptionally helpful and respectful They helped us with our luggage, both coming and going. They checked in with us every day to ask if we needed anything. We hope that we can stay healthy enough to be able to make this trip again

We loved everything about your hotel. Where our room was located provided a wonderful view of the river. It was quiet and peaceful, clean. We really were blessed having found your hotel and were extremely happy with our stay there and all the staff. It had been so very long since I took a vacation and staying at such a beautiful hotel made up for this. Keep up the exceptional service.

Some difficulty using stairs to get to the floor we were on. It was hard to carry our stuff up and down the stairs. However, the staff at the hotel were very, very helpful in assisting us. That was much appreciated. Breakfast was satisfying and though offerings were varied, wondering if more could be provided? Toilet did not have a safety bar or something to hold to help going down and up. I unfortunately have a back problem and both knees are shot. You probably have rooms that may accommodate this, but I did not ask - my bad!

The rooms were spread across multiple buildings, with room entrances inside. Each room shared a deck balcony with outdoor chairs and a table. The view was of a water cove with ducks, which was interesting and scenic. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was perfect for the room.

We had to walk down the steps a few levels to get to the building door. We were told breakfast was served in the main building for $18 each (Not a big problem because we rarely worry about free or other breakfast at hotels). Doors used physical keys (rare these days).

The location was great and staff was amazing! The price was reasonable which always makes it a great choice and the views from the back were gorgeous!

The first 2 rooms offered were not acceptable for any human. Especially someone with Asthma. The fumes from maintenance room next door of opoxy were unbelievable in the worst way. However, the gentleman at the desk made things right and moved us to a room with a great location and no smell and a nice clean room and bathroom which are too choice

The view of the Ogunquit River was great; the lawn area and patios were nice. The pool looked nice and clean. We caught the Trolley right out front. The staff was welcoming. There was a mini fridge and toiletries. The room was clean. The room was comfortable and cool.

The shower door wouldn't stay closed. The room was a bit damp. There is a sidewalk only to the left of the property, so walking to the right is a bit hazardous. The steps down from the parking lot are uneven and a bit difficult.

Excellent view of the river and marshes. Quiet location. Clean comfortable room, very comfortable beds!

Not much we didn’t like. Stairs were not an issue for us, we requested an upper floor. Default TV channel was always FoxNews, but we just changed the channel, so not an issue. Can’t fault it for being right between Ogunquit and Wells and needing to drive everywhere, but we knew that so it’s also not an issue.

The hotel is in a convenient location, we ended up with a room with a water view!

The cleaning and maintenance of the property was not at the level of standard for pricing of this hotel. Shower and bathroom were not clean. The back porch and railings were slightly unstable railings and the porch/deck has ripples in it. There also could be more privacy between rooms. It was a little strange that you enter your room thru the patio door.

We came here for a girls trip, the property was gorgeous with a view of the river and waterfall. Just a short drive or trolley ride to downtown Ogunquit. Also super close to Scoop Deck in Wells. It looks like it might have gotten some work lately, the lobby is clean and welcoming, rooms are clean with comfy mattresses and hot shower.

Beware if you stay on the 4th floor, there are no elevators. The view is absolutely worth it as it faces the river and there’s a deck right out your front door but you will have to lug your suitcases up a few flights of stairs.

Location. Kayaking. River view. Bed comfort. Clean room.

Breakfast food could be more than coffee and pre packaged danish. My biggest complaint was lack of privacy due to shared deck design. We had pedestrian traffic going by our only door/window because people had to walk by our room to get to theirs on the same deck. I’d prefer a private balcony

Gorgeous views from the back of property! Breakfast was good. No frills but definitely filling. Coffee was great! The beds were awesome! Especially the first two nights which were in 320. If you want a king bed that’s like sleeping on a cloud, with spectacular views, ask for this room!

Okay … the worst part if this hotel is the very steep incline to get to the rooms with a view. If you have mobility issues, lots of luggage, or aren’t an downhill Olympic skier, then these rooms will be a challenge!
