Sea View motel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything and the Ogunquit Trolley stops right in front of the motel. We did use the heated pool. It was super clean. That felt nice after all day walking. The room has seen some updates. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

The bathroom was definitely outdated. Although it appeared clean, it was just a quick wipe down. (I’m a housekeeper, lol). The room had a very strong smell of bleach.

We were greeted politely by your staff, and we appreciated their assistance. The location is excellent, with just a 10 minute walk to downtown. While walking back to the hotel, we saw the huge line of cars and we were happy to be away from that! The room was really comfortable and clean. We loved the sheets and towels!

It would have been nice to have a hotel room information folder with the wifi password (it was informed to us by staff when we arrived, but later we forgot it), and general information about the town of Ogunquit, such as recommended restaurants, pharmacy, etc...

We’ve been here a number of times over the years. Clean, comfortable, great staff, and great location that is just far enough off the beaten path but walking distance to the beach etc. This time did not disappoint. Laid back and relaxed place to stay. We stayed in the queen suite and were very happy for our 6 nights. Looking forward to our next stay when we can schedule it.

Could use a little TLC in places. They would do well to have a handyman do a bit of work but nothing detracted from our stay.

What breakfast? The coffee in the lobby was excellent. Liked having a window that opened. Liked the woman behind the desk in the office. Really liked how clean it was….. shows care Liked that people are free to hang their beach towels on the railings! Seemed like a friendly place

Would have been a little better if the open window wasn’t over the laundry room. Not wild about having the sink in the entryway. Tight parking outweighed by the fact that there was parking at all! Wish I knew if the swimming pool next door was available to me.?

Huge room, comfy bed. Easy and fast check in.

No sea view unfortunately. We had a view of the street which is more of a parking lot during summer. No key cards, only actual keys which feel very bulky these days. The check in at the office was quick and easy, however, dealing with all the needed information and multiple emails and booking.com notifications about needed information was tiresome. It would have been nice if the staff mentioned that the side road also goes to town and beach to avoid walking on the highway (parking lot).

I liked the location and convenience of parking. The poor area was beautiful but I didn’t use it myself.

I feel the property needed to freshly paint the building and bathrooms needed to be updated. Some of the bedding was not as white or crisp as I would have liked. But it was comfortable and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I loved they had fresh water and fruit available!

We have stayed here before under different ownership. The new owners were very accommodating letting us check in because our room was ready. The location is perfect because it is close enough to town that you can walk and get to the beach, Cliff walk and Perkins Cove by foot. The traffic in Ogunquit area can be quite congested because it’s such a gem of a place and more people are finding out about it. The pool was open and very nice. The biggest factor is that this motel is affordable.

We do like places that offer breakfast but much has changed since Covid. There are several breakfast places and they are walkable if able.

Nice place - ownership/staff very friendly and making sure our stay was good. Place was clean and they kept our rooms tidy each day. Good location and has a trolley stop when your destination is too far away to walk (most are walkable).

The stairs and landings are in need of renovation and the Wifi was spotty at best HOWEVER they appeared to be doing some upgrades so nothing a show-stopper.

The pool was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was great.

There are literally fewer parking spaces than there are rooms at the hotel. We literally arrived back to the hotel as paying guests only to discover we had nowhere to park in our own hotel. For 250 bucks a night we do expect to be able to park at the hotel we are staying at. That needs to be dealt with.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and they even had some beach towels we could use as we forgot ours!
