I loved the cleanliness of the room with the microwave refrigerator and tub with the shower, I also loved the convenience of being so close to York animal kingdom and short sands beach. Adel the owner is a love wonderful person. I also liked the pool water was perfect not too much chlorine. I also loved the comfortable beds and the parking in front of my room. We had plenty of towels and soap. It was great for a girl's weekend would have loved to have stayed longer. The flowers outside the hotel were beautiful.

The rooms could be a bit updated , would have liked ac. The pool bottom needs a repaint. A couple of young guys pulled up at 2am and sat in their car til 3am shining headlights right into my room. Then a couple with a 3 yr old and baby were booked in room 2 next to me where the dad was screaming at the 3 yr old noisy at 730 am on sunday morning when they were going to the beach. The guy upstairs from me had lead feet could hear him walking at night.

we loved the location and how close it was to both long and short sands beaches. the parking was great so we were able to walk back and forth numerous times during the days without paying to park at the beach which was so convenient. we also loved that there was air conditioning and a good amount of space in the room. the staff was also very nice and helpful, i definitely don’t have any customer service complaints.

we didn’t like that most of the place is pretty out dated and that it wasn’t as clean as it should be. our countertop near the sink had dirt all over it and ants. it wasn’t a huge deal because we were only there two nights, but if we were there longer i’d have been more upset. also there were stains on some of the bed sheets and towels that we didn’t like.

We had a pet-friendly room that was wonderful! Ground level and private. The room was large and clean with an efficiency set up that included a good-sized fridge, microwave and stove top with dishes and silverware. There was even a dog bed and dishes. It is an old-style motel so the rooms are large and old-school which is something that we love. The air conditioner worked great and we were nice and cool.

Check in was very friendly, Adele made us feel welcomed. The location was convenient for us, walked to all the place we like.

For the price, we didn't get any Kleenex, had to reuse our towels for a few days. Don't know what is used in the rooms for spray to freshen the room but, it was a very overpowering experience.

Perfect location right between the 2 beach’s. The pool was a perfect temperature. The beds were very comfortable.

The shower head needs to be changed. The way it just sprays water gets everywhere. The TV was very outdated and there wasn’t that many tv channels for my kids to watch when we were relaxing at night.

It was good for the value and lots of space outside for the kids to play Everything was as expected but the space in the front by the pool I was not expecting and That made it all that much better for my five yr old..

It was in the right price range and close to the Union Bluff Wedding venue.

It was absolutely beautiful. Great location. Friendly staff and family owned. Change nothing. Seriously, every interaction was pleasant.

It was close to both beaches, beds were comfy and room was clean.

It was very outdated, not the owners fault but the smoke alarm low battery went off at 11pm. Needed to get the staff to change the battery.

The location was amazing! 6 min walk to short sands and less than 10 to long sands. Very quiet hotel. We chose an air conditioned room and it was nice and cool, the room was clean. The hotel was slightly older, but we were not paying for a 5 star hotel and it was clean so the age didn't bother us. We did have some pvc pipe accessories like the towel rod and curtain rod, but it was functional. Our girls enjoyed the pool. It wasn't new, the cement was cracked and rough in places, but it was clean and cool and for older kids (9+11) I was very comfortable with them using it and the older condition wasn't a problem for us, but worth noting for those maybe with younger kids. The staff was very friendly, we left a note on our door asking for more coffee and towels and by the time we came back from the beach, everything was waiting in the room. Parking was easy and spacious and we parked right below our room so that was a bonus as well. We also had makeup remover wipes for each night of our stay which I found a VERY nice touch! I have stayed many places in my life and that was a first!

It is worth noting the toilet paper was 1 ply, maybe half a ply lol. So if this is a concern to you, I recommend bringing a roll or 2 from home. Personally, with the location, we just delt with it. It would be worth investing in a little higher quality TP, but it was not a deal breaker.

Very clean and super accessible to York beach. Nice outdoor pool also.

Each room should have a cable box. We didn't. Wi-Fi could be beefed up a bit also. A light over the kitchenette area would be a welcome addition too.
