The location was absolutely amazing and the cleanliness was superb. We loved the stay so much that we are planning another trip with our daughter next weekend. Everyone and everything was perfect. It could not have been any better. This was the best stay we have ever had and we have traveled a lot!

The ONLY thing I would change is check in and checkout time. Check in is at 4pm, which is kind of late for people who have traveled a long distance to get there. Check out at 10am is a little early. I think check in at 2pm and check out at 11am would make this place absolutely unbeatable.

Loved the centralized location, the helpful and approachable workers, and the handicapped-accessible room. Loved the free WiFi access. The placement of the two sinks both inside the bathroom and in the bedroom was genius! Loved the ice already chilling in the freezer and the good size of the fridge. Loved the call a few hours after check-in to see how we were and if we had any questions.

Well, it would have been nice if someone had told us ahead of time (like at check-in) about that specific room being located over the laundry area. While it was nice to have the heated floors, it was quite warm. My husband couldn't seem to get the thermostat to regulate the heat levels. (Now we know why!) Our bed was perfectly dressed, but the mattress itself felt very hard. It might have been nice to be offered a mattress topper to soften it.

We love the location. The footbridge is perfect for little ones, and the beach is amazing! We have a couple favorite restaurants, all in walking distance. We even found a couple new favorites this year. The shuttle is the best! It's so nice that my son and his wife could join us. My grandson loved the playground.

Already talked my parents into staying there!! Absolutely will be going back ourselves! The kids loved the spacious room and we couldn’t get over the Convenience of everything from provided dishes/basic kitchen essentials to location of a grocery store just down the road and a stunning beach so close by you can smell it🫠

Offering a gym - it’s very limited space for just my son and I so I couldn’t imagine if someone else was to work out at the same time— but really that is the only ‘bummer’ we had and it wasn’t that bad even!

This is our favorite place to stay. Whenever we take a trip to ogunquit, this is where we stay. The room is amazing with the fireplace and the hot tub. I like that the bedroom is in a separate room from the living room and small kitchen. Restaurants within walking distance and if you’re willing to go for a little stroll , you can walk to downtown (which I did). Love it here.

My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the cleanliness of the place as well as the friendliness of the staff. We also were very pleased with the quality of our stay for the price we paid. Quite a deal! Not to mention the location is directly across the street from the beach, who could want more?

Location was great - a 10 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk into the town centre (or few mins drive). There are restaurants right next door that do carry out as well as dine in. The room is an apartment with living dining area, bedroom (we had jacuzzi bath) and bathroom -- really comfortable, clean, more than enough utensils and kitchen items (fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, etc) for a short stay. Ample parking, nice little indoor swimming pool. We loved our stay.

Exceeded our expectations in every way, we weren't expecting anything 'resort' obviously but it really showed us what a well run and comfy motel can deliver. Spacious suite, very clean (we bring our own cleaning supplies since we are with a toddler and couldn't find a single thing needing an extra scrub), well appointed kitchenette. Many little details and amenities were in the room and the WiFi was decent. Very kind employees from booking to check in and check out. Couple minute walk to the beach and numerous cafes and restaurants, downtown Ogunquit was 20 min. Just a very easy stay, we wholeheartedly recommend coming here.

Bring ear plugs, the walls are very thin and you can easily hear normal conversations in the next room or outside. However all of our neighbors were very considerate in keeping quiet so it never was an issue.

We love the jetted tub in the bedroom. We had a bedroom with 2 double beds. There was a large living area and kitchen, and the electric fireplace, albeit unheated, made for a lovely ambience. The room was larger than expected. A DVD player was located in the front room and movies could be borrowed from the front office. Board games are also available for rental. Footbridge Beach is close by. Washers and dryers are available a buck fifty a pop. The machines take quarters so you might want to start collecting before your trip! As we were mid- vacation, we really appreciated being able to wash a couple loads of dirty clothes.

The pillows were not very plump. This is because the pillows are covered with a zippered case under another regular case, which is great for sanitary reasons, but compresses the pillow somewhat. We were able to get some extra pillows, so problem solved.

I liked everything about the property. I loved the privacy that each unit gave. The room was super romantic and provided everything that we needed. Hard to find a place with a separate hot tub!

Only thing I would say was that I could hear the neighbors in the adjoining room. Not an issue but just a note to add in.
