Breakfast included all the regular continental breakfast items as well as home made breads and pastry. And there was a coffee maker in the room as well. The room was large and included a small sitting area with chairs and complimentary water in the fridge. The bath and shower was huge and seemed brand new. The staff person at the front desk ( I think his name was Michael,maybe) was great and very helpful with helping us find our way around town and recommending good restaurants for dinner! Definitely the best place we stayed on our 2 week vacation!

This place is an absolute gem! The staff is so welcoming, kind and caring. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well decorated. It felt like home! There is a personal touch in every aspect of the experience. Even breakfast is made to order and there are home baked goods made by 3 lovely chefs!! Wish we could stay the whole summer!

Loved everything about the Grasshopper Inn! The grounds and inn itself were immaculate, and there was so much thought put into the design and details. We had a beautiful large suite with outdoor access to its own little patio, which was fabulous. One of our favorite parts of our stay was the concierge, Mark - he was so kind and helpful. He even helped us make a last minute reservation for my birthday dinner at one of his favorite restaurants, The Crooked Pine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Mark definitely helped make it a memorable stay, and we would happily book here again!

The bed was a little too stiff for my liking— not uncomfortable, but I always expect a “hotel” bed to be more cloud-like. My friend who slept on the pull-out couch said that was pretty uncomfortable, but that’s to be expected for a pull-out couch haha.

Everything was pristine clean and new. The bed and shower were perfect. The gal at breakfast was wonderful. The banana choc chip muffins were to die for...straight out of the oven.

I didn't like the price or the breakfast. The breakfast foods were extremely lame, had to pay extra for anything good. Although the banana choc chip homemade muffins were excellent. Also, I didn't like all the effort and blah blah blah- to buy more stuff, ie flowers, chocolates, towels, beach stuff etc. makes me sick (as if the price of the night wasn't high enough).

Grasshopper Inn is located about a half mile from center of town. Walk to beach is just a little further. Rooms were very new and large and comfortable. Staff was friendly and went out of way to help. Kitchen is staffed in morning. Breakfast is cooked to order. Cakes are freshly baked. Comfortable dining room. Nice grounds for getting out of the room to have a snack, read, etc.

The Inn is very lovely and in a great walk to town location. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. They served a great cup of coffee at breakfast.

The only thing they can improve on is the continental breakfast. There was a good amount of bread/muffin options. I would have like to see a little more fruit and perhaps some granola to go with the yogurt. Everything else about the Grasshopper Inn seemd upscale except the breakfast.

I loved EVERYTHING about this beautiful, gorgeous and quaint home away from home. I will stay forever if I could. From entry to exit and everything in between was welcoming, warm, friendly, accessible, and service that blew me away (I have traveled the world and this is in my top 5) ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the heart of beautiful Ogunquit and the beach. You'll be greeted by a pleasant scent specially curated for Grasshopper Inn. The building is pristine, and the room was divine. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and this place did not disappoint. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were picked out so well. So many nice things to say about this place, I don't think I'd look at any other place to stay when I visit this part of Maine!!

Beautiful rooms! Amazingly friendly staff. Breakfast eggs made to order! We will be back. Highly recommend. We spent time in Ogunquit and Kennebunkport and a perfect location.

Continental breakfast was served cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels. We did not take advantage of this amenity.

The place is very lovely, and comfortable. Just wished there was a dresser to unpack our clothes too. The suitcase racks worked well. The bathroom was huge, wished there were hooks or shelves next to the shower for towels in stead of putting them on the floor. Wished the lighting in the room had dimmers or were sectioned to kitchen or livingroom not whole house. A ceiling fan would have been great to circulate the cool air around from the bedroom.
