This is the most charming and quintessential Maine bed and breakfast. Lisa was so helpful from check in to check out and all the time in between. They serve a delicious fresh breakfast and the grounds are kept up beautifully. They have e-bikes and regular bikes to use around town and a cute restaurant next door for an easy dinner. They also had beach towels and chairs so we could enjoy the beach with comfort. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Next time I would try to get another room, we did get the last two so It's hard to complain but the bathroom in my room was small and hard to maneuver in.

Beautiful location, great breakfast, friendly staff, special shoutout to Lisa who showed us to our room. I had concerns before our scheduled arrival regrading the room assigned after reading a bad review so I called and spoke to Lisa who was very cordial and answered all my concerns . Reading reviews are of course subjective. I’m glad we didn’t cancel. All in all it was a wonderful weekend which exceeded my expectations. We will be back next time and stay longer than 2 nights to really experience the essence of the place-tranquil , peaceful and beautiful

We loved everything! Jordan was lovely and so helpful. The room was great, the bed was super comfortable and the grounds are gorgeous! We enjoyed relaxing on the adirondack chairs reading. The breakfast was delicious and we ate on the porch overlooking the beautiful grounds and York River. The location was so close to wherever we wanted to go and we loved kayaking in the river (Jordan recommended Northern Explorer Supply and Isaiah was the best!). We give Dockside Guest Quarters a 10/10 and highly recommend staying here.

A lovely complex of buildings around the central house where there are some guest rooms and breakfast is served. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is next to a related restaurant where the meals are excellent. The hotel is part of a marina, which makes it busy but also very off the beaten track

Would be great if were open in winter, but it is only open in summer.

We LOVED it at the Dockside! Central to so many things, yet incredibly secluded and peaceful. Our room was a perfect size, comfortable, and cozy. The porch and the view was probably my favorite. The main house served a great breakfast, and the staff are exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Not only did we sit in awe watching the sun rise up out of the ocean (it appeared), but watching the fishermen go out to see right in front of our cottage was wonderful!

There is nothing we didn’t like. We loved it there and we will be back.

The whole property was over looking the Atlantic and the Dock. It had multiple acres of great quality of lawns and well manicured landscapes. The room was very comfortable and the view was great. The included breakfast was very sumptuous!

We loved it. The staff was awesome, the breakfast was delicious. I loved the breakfast choices and afternoon pastries. The room was lovely and loved the view so much and it was so quiet.

Only thing is there was a huge white wedding tent that blocked anlot of the view and I wish that had been disclosed to me when I booked and also .there was no wedding which was nice because it would have been pretty loud. Other than that our stay was awesome. We love the place and staff

Breakfasts were always delicious! A great way for us to start our day. Our room was very comfortable, and having the deck to sit and enjoy the harbor was very relaxing. Thank you!

Our stay was great! Beautiful property and watching to boats go in and out of the marina was so relaxing! The breakfast was amazing.

The view from our room was beautiful, the staff was friendly and informative. The property was kept wonderfully. The breakfast was very good.

The pull out couch for my son was terrible. And the shower was tricky and got water in the lines easily.
