The linens were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant.

We paid a bit extra for the kitchenette room but were afraid to use the hotplate given the mishmash of wiring and the fact that the circuit breaker was tripped when we arrived. Also, the dishes and silverware provided were so old and unappealing that we wouldn't use them. The room itself seemed small, and the hem on the shower curtain was gray with mildew, though the rest of the bathroom seemed clean. The towel rack was broken off the wall.

The staff was good, especially one of them, that made sure we got our clean towels daily, since we didn't want our room cleaned. I think he was the best! The pool area was very nice, that we the best part of our stay there.

When my best friend and I arrived, the tub wasn't clean,(we did bring it to their attention) no plastic cups, or cups to have your coffee in. Thankfully, we brought our own. The AC filter was dirty, so we cleaned that. We felt the pictures they show online are much better than what you see when you get there. Would we stay again, NO, but it served its purpose. The bed was hard!

We had an amazing time during our stay!!! The grills available to cook on if you don’t want to go out are a wonderful addition!!! We utilized the grill daily for breakfast!!! It was incredible!!! We saved so much $$$ by being able to cook our own breakfast every morning!!! It was awesome! Our room was clean upon arrival and the bed was so comfortable! We were in close proximity to the beach. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate with our stay. We had an amazing stay!! I will definitely be back next summer!!!!

Last minute reservation during busiest summer weekend in August. Not the Hilton or Marriott but very clean and comfortable and right on the main road close to all there is to do in Ogunquit within a drive. On the Trolley route. Pool looked very nice. Walking distance to some restaurants.

It was just right for a night stay on a perfect summer weekend in Maine.

We only spent one night on our way up the coast of Maine. Our room was on the ground floor and was large, clean, and comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave which we used. The bed was comfortable. Everything in the room worked as it was supposed to. There is a heated outdoor pool, but it was raining while we were there so we didn't use it, but it looked nice. We would stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like about this motel.

We liked staying on the ground floor and the convenience of parking near our room. The motel had everything we needed for a holiday weekend get-away.

We could hear everything in the room upstairs and it sounded like kids running from one end of the room to the other. Also, we couldn't get any channels on the TV (not a deal breaker for us).

Staff was very cordial and sincerely attempted to make our stay pleasurable.

Unfortunately there was an issue re: satellite TV channels, though the faulty was not with the hotel management, Two of our favorite and most watched channels were not accessible.

The beds were amazing and the pillows. Usually hotel beds and pillows are the worst. It was quite comfortable.

No privacy where the sink and mirror were outside the bathroom. We traveled as friends and to wash up you had to go into the bathroom and use the tub. A privacy curtain or something could be used for the sink area.

The owners/staff was very welcoming and provided whatever we needed. The pool was a lot of fun in spite of its small size. The owners had a grill with utensils ready for our convenience which was great! The location is great and only a mile to the beach, so walking was a plus as there is not always parking available at the beach, not to mention saving the $6.00 an hour for parking.
