Location! The best! You could hear the waves lapping it was so close to the beach. And our room was very clean. The staff on arrival made our stay here, they provided excellent customer service. Our room was missing the coffee pot and the microwave (enough towels and toilet paper) the young gentleman working along with his co worker (very nice and empathic young lady), did everything they could to bring us anything we needed. They even restored the ice machine on sight to working order.

Sadly, no one had mentioned it was under renovation or that our pool was out of order. We have young children with us who would have benefited from a pool in our yard (there was a pool for us to use just a few minutes from the Inn).

Great location, staff was very pleasant, the rooms were nicely remodeled. The king bed was super comfortable. Walkway right in front of the motel to cross the street to the ocean. Restaurants close to the motel.

The pool was not working and we didn't feel comfortable walking to the "sister" hotel. In the bathroom, the bottom drawer fell out when I opened it and there was no rack to hang your clothes or no dresser to put your clothes in when unpacking. No chairs, could only sit on the bed. We took it as the motel is still remodeling and still had a wonderful time.

The location of the room. It was on the side of the building but still had a view of the water. It was right across the road to the beach. The room was comfortable and for the most part clean.

The only issue was that the tv didn't work right. No channel would work correctly. Internet is very spotty. It would be nice if they supplied dish detergent and a dish rag to do the dishes when used. The room was clean except they should look at the shower curtains, ours had mold on it in spots.

I came in in the wrong date but they accommodated us anyway. There were kids jumping on their floor in the morning. We called the front off and the noise went away immediately.

The location. When we wanted to go to Short Sands they had a golf cart with a phone number and they came right away to bring us into town.

We had a great experience. The rooms that we stayed in were newly renovated and so clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We rented two rooms w/ 6 of us traveling and we all commented on how comfortable the beds were. Location can't be beat, you're directly across the street from the beach w/ a direct walking path. I would definitely stay again!

Location is awesome, great view of the Nubble Light and right on the water. Good restaurant in walking distance. Room was great, very spacious and clean, with a nice private balcony. Staff was also very friendly and personable. Already planning to return in the future.

Parking is limited, not much can be done about that though!

The location is spectacular. The beach was incredibly close to hotel and you could hear the waves crashing day and night.

We stayed there for the ocean however they promoted their pool which was closed for maintenance. Frankly, the pool looked like full of algae and had not been open for a long time.

Room was great size. It was clean and comfortable. Location was good 👍. Staff was helpful. Kitchenette was nice. Bed was comfy 😌.

Ocean view wasn't as good as we were expecting. Balcony angle made it difficult to see the ocean. Most of the outside doors didn't seem to lock so anyone could just walk in.

The staff was very accommodating, we booked a suite then went into a regular double bed and they let us check in to the next room right after we checked out of the first one. They made it so we could move a couple rooms down so it was not difficult moving our luggage. Room was newer beds were comfortable.
