Location - easy walk (bring a beach cart to load up all your beach supplies) for easy walk to beach. 2pools, Roman spa indoor and hot tub outdoors. Several good restaurants and shops nearby and never needed to move our car. But we Took our car to Mike’s Clam Shack (large modern restaurant, not a shack) one night because we all like that place the best.

All rooms are different. Amenities, bathroom etc vary from room to room. We never know which style room we will have, from year to year. It’s an adventure. Breakfast is expensive but a good buffet. Easy walk to a delicious coffee and breakfast place though… the Backyard Cafe.

dear team, you have an absolute GEM of a resort. The problem is, in my opinion... you have opportunities to make it a 5 star resort if you just paid more attention to detail. We were not fans of the basement rooms. You made a promise to upgrade the next day but we had to chase you down otherwise we would not have been upgraded. Once we did get a new room there were no lights above the vanity and sink area (room 503) we reported it but there was no repair. the screen door broke off the slider and the curtain would not pull back

sorry I should have put my complaint here.... please know we would be back in a heartbeat. your location and amenities are amazing!! The PUB is an absolute charming place. Champaign? what? delish!! we loved that! I would also step up the breakfast buffet a bit. I feel you have the opportunity to make this a 5 star rating with more attention to detail.

Had lots of wonderful amenities, close to downtown Ogunquit, beach and on Rt 1 easy access to get to other areas in Maine. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Had a take out snack and a glass of wine from the restaurant.

The building we stayed in must be older from the other ones. Our patio door and screen did not lock, locks were broken, the AC was making a lot of noise by starting and stopping right away, then starting again ( it was more annoying when we tried to sleep) however, it did keep the room cool. We did not have any towels in the room when we arrived and the refrigerator also made noise but did keep water cold. Beds were too soft and our backs hurt after we got up.

The hotel was very clean and nice. Beautiful indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub was fabulous. The rooms were spacious and clean

No elevator so you have to lug everything up to your floor. I wish they gave more information on things to do and explained about the trolley that comes around. We found a trolley stop right near the restaurant in the back side of the resort which was so much easier than driving anywhere. Rooms were nice but needed some updating. Scratches on the furniture etc. also seemed a bit expensive for what you get.

The room was very nice with a balcony and very spacious. Breakfast was good except the last day they moved everything so that was a little odd but still good. The payment process was a bit of a disaster as the hotel charged a different rate than bookings then had a hard time trying to figure out how to split the bill. It took 3 tries to straighten out the bill and it was still wrong in the end. But the hotel and jacuzzi were great. Signage could be better...

The outdoor hot tub and indoor Roman bath were lovely. We couldn't arrive until after 8 p.m., but luckily, the bar/restaurant was still open and pretty busy. We were able to sit down and have a great meal before going up to the room for the night. The beds are always comfy and the rooms are very clean.

There was no parking near our room so we had to park on the front side of the building, because of this, we had a very hard time finding our room. Which was very frustrating. Luckily, a man who happened to work for Meadowmere walked by and was able to give us good directions to the room. We were hoping to visit the pub on Sunday and enjoy some football with some wings and cocktails, but they had closed the pub for the season. We hope the pub can be open regularly and maybe someday offer room service. It was rather noisy near our room throughout our stay.

Tranquil, relaxing, but fun and bustling area! The pools, spa, walking through the buildings is a labyrinth fun experience. Walk to Beach.

No free continental breakfast and coffee in lobby runs out fast when hotel is full. Don’t like mini coffee maker in room. Furniture is different in all the different rooms and buildings (ie. never know what to bring from home to meet our needs). But still, we love the place. It’s unique.

Excellent location. Can walk to shops and Marginal Way easily, taking us to Perkins Cove. Didn't pay for parking once! Loved the outdoor pool . The coffee tastes great and the pub breakfast was delicious!

The coffee cup covers don't stay on well at all. A family brought a huge cooler to outdoor pool and started to really party . It was only 4 p.m. Maybe this shouldn't be allowed. We left the pool. We had a great stay, tho and will definitely go back.

The resort was very clean and all of the facilities were up and running. The staff was very helpful and resolved any issues that we had. We requested a room on the first floor near the front desk and was offered to us right away.

The only negative thing was the cost of breakfast that was always included in resort fee. Also, there wasn’t a continental breakfast offered which we were very disappointed in. We are seniors on a fixed budget and we understood why the resort fees went up but thought the breakfast should have been included. We had to go off the premise every morning for a light breakfast.

I ate lunch twice in the pub. Food was good. I liked the availability of gluten free options and staff listened well to food preferences. There was a high level of customer service and support. I felt they were concerned about customer satisfaction. Great bartenders with personality. Calm atmosphere around the resort. Very welcoming. The room was clean and beds were super comfortable. Check in was a breeze.
